Everything was OUTSTANDING! The room was exceptionally luxurious large and more than comfortable. Staff were polite, attentive, helpful and friendly especially arevik, she 's ammmazing !!!!!!! She made a special effort to help us finding the tours we need and gave us tips to have a wonderful vacation (big big thanks). Angela on the reception was also very kind. The breakfast buffet had loads of tasty things, and the menu change from day to day. The area of breakfast was relaxing. The location of the hotel is excellent excellent excellent and it’s only a short walk to most sites in Yerevan. Cleaning service was exceptional, the room was kept spotlessly clean. We will definitely come back ❤️
My son and I got a large double room almost the size of a dancehall! Very clean and proper. Everything works well and the staff is very friendly and service oriented. Breakfast is good and if I suggest a little detail it would be less cakes and sweet stuff and more whole wheat for breakfast.
I’m so impressed with this incredible place! I love so much Central Hotel! Thanks to all! Especially.. I’m endless surprised by the courtesy of Sirarpi, Arpenik, Zara and other girls! Thanks!!! Абсолютно все крайне милы и вежливы! Везде чистота, уют и тепло! Ощущаю себя как дома!
The hotel is amazing with good environment, located 3 mins walk from the main square. Quality staff especially the dearest Sirarpi , she was very helpful and welcoming knowing we are honeymooners she did her best to please us and make our stay comfortable. The wifi was great and the food was soo delicious and tasty at their winter garden restaurant.I would definitely stay here if i come back again :)
We were on a group trip organized through Holiday Me- Dubai and we had a 2 days stay in Central Hotel in Yerevan city, After the whole day tours, we were really tired and exhausted when we reached the hotel. After the unorganized way of group check in we finally went to our rooms, Before that let me also tell you we were group of 5 and my brother had single room for himself, like any other tourist we reached the room and just wanted to relax, but my brother smoked a cigarette in his room and left the bud on a tissue paper which clearly did not damage anything in the room nor there was fire alarm. The next day we all went out again to jermuk and anyone going to jermuk from yerevan will know its quite tiring as its 3hrs from yerevan. The minute we reached the hotel, staff from the reception called us and informed about the cigarette and that hotel was non smoking and they had put a penalty of 75000 AMD. We were shocked as we were NOT aware that hotel was non smoking and while checking in the staff did not brief anything to us and hotel rooms layout is so bad that we did not notice the sign in room, sign boards have so neatly been placed in the rooms so that guest doesnt notice it. This was the whole story but the worst part starts here.. it was Dec 3rd and we had to check out and we met a lady by name- SIRARPI and it seems she was duty manager and she was literally yelling at us for smoking and she was so rude, we were guest in that hotel and new to the country and were not aware of rules. When we tried to explain the situation to her, she said dont tell me fairy tales i am not here to listen to it and she asked to pay the fine of 75000 AMD which almost 750 AED, thats huge amount of fine. She was so rude that she told us she would call police and also she said if we wouldnt try to bargain for the fine amount then she would have let us go without paying, since we also tried to talk and reduce fine money. We really bad exit from the country. All our beautiful memories were ruined by Madam SIRARPI. Please dont visit this hotel if you want a good experience in Armenia, its better to stay in other hotels in Yerevan, I will make sure none of my other friends and family visit this hotel. We ended up paying 75000 AMD fine in our trip. Also not to forget when we told we will write a review that same lady told 1 review wont make any difference to them. So people out there watch out and dont spoil your trip by staying in that hotel or the hotel should get rid of such rude staff if they want guest to be happy. Thanks!…
