I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is a smart, modern hotel at a central location in Yerevan. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are excellent, comfortable with superb mattresses on the beds and lovely en suite bathrooms. The WiFi is fully working, and not an unnecessary fuss as it is with many other hotels. The way they do breakfast is different, but I personally quite liked it-- you just take a seat and you will be quickly brought a platter of both savoury and sweet items and your choice of beverage. This makes breakfast very easy as you neither have to order anything nor shuffle drowsily through a buffet every ten minutes as per the typical experience. The hotel has a fully functional spa, with a jacuzzi, pool, sauna and a decently stocked gym with good quality equipment, all included.…
Me and my partner had our pre-wedding photoshoot at Messier 53 hotel and the entire staff and management was extremely understanding, friendly and cooperative, making our experience truly unique. They helped us out with setting up the groom's and bride's rooms, provided us with beverage catering and assisted throughout the period of our 'stay'. 10/10 recommend this hotel for your wedding or similar photoshoots. P.s. my brother-in-law flew in from the states for our wedding and stayed at Messier for around a week and was stunned by the professionalism and quality of the hotel's servies. Thank you, especially to Anahit, Sales Manager at Messier 53! Tigran & Angela
Everything was excellent the Ambience was very peaceful , room was very clean and well managed. the breakfast is plentiful so awesome and tasty. Very well behaved Staff specially the receptionist girls and the sales manager (Lucine) was very friendly ,kind and helpful to us. Thanks to the entire team .It was a great great experience.
another great find in Yerevan. Excellent clean and modern room. The best bit for me, apart from the price, was the basement sauna, steam room area, great place to unwind after work. Good location too. The breakfast was ok, not as good as Republica. However, I would definitely stay here again.
Nice modern hotel. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. The location is good for walking into the center of Yerevan, which took about 10 minutes. Near we find good restaurant Vinograd. Higly recommended.
We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Republic Square; 900m and stayed for 4 nights. This is a modern hotel with comfortable rooms and quality service staff. Check in was smooth. The breakfast spread was wide and the dining room in the basement was large enough to accommodate the guests during breakfast. There is no restaurant in the hotel but there is a bar where you can order pizza, salad, sandwiches or soup.
The staff were lovely - very helpful - and the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. The location is good for walking into the middle of Yerevan, which took about 10 minutes.
This hotel has the best reception staff ever!! Extremely friendly and helpful. They really know their job and treat each guest as if they were family and wanted to give them the best experience. It is a modern hotel and rooms and bathrooms are stare of the art. It is close to the market and easy to walk to city centre. Good parking also.
I booked this hotel because it was near the city centre, had 24-hour reception (I arrived at 2:00am) and arranged airport transfers (I had no Armenian money on arrival). Evrika was most helpful in arranging this for me - in fact all the reception staff are friendly and helpful and speak perfect English. My spacious room only had 2 hangers and there was no shower gel, but these appeared within a few minutes of my asking for them. The bed was very comfortable and the en-suite had a large walk-in shower. Breakfast was standard Western buffet, with a few Armenian foods, but things tended to run out if you left it too late. There isn't a restaurant for evening meals, but you can order pizzas, salads etc at the bar - I ate there a couple of times and it was nicely made food. I found I could walk to most places in the city centre in 10 - 20 minutes and, although the hotel is between two busy main roads, there is are terraces and gardens at the front and side where you can relax with a drink from the bar. I checked out the gym and spa area which was quiet and clean - sadly I didn't have time to use it.…
It is generally a comfortable hotel with good service quality. The hotel location is very convenient and easy accessible. Most attractions in downtown are nearby or within 10 -20 minutes walking distance. The very popular handcraft market Vernissage is just 5 minutes away. I stayed in the hotel with my friends in a group of five. We were all impressed by the friendly welcome from the front desk staff Evrika. She was very efficient and particular patient when helping us to sort out some reservation issues that we had with booking.com. Another front desk staff Viktorya was also very helpful at the time when we were checking out. We all appreciated their great hospitality. The hotel house keeping were also very nice. Not just usual greeting, they even proactively checked us out every time when they bumped into us and being very friendly. Overall, we are happy with the hotel (particular it’s location) and their service. …
