I recommend it unequivocally! Accommodation is rapid, though officially at 2:00 p.m. The furniture in the room is not "tired", the bed is snowy white. Towels were changed every day. Cleaning every day. There's a kettle. We had coffee and tea bags filled up daily. Water was replenished every day. But, keep in mind, the water that's in the fridge is chargeable, we didn't know, and we drank, then we navigated, bought and delivered. Lived on the 14th floor overlooking the mountains. On the balcony of every room are beautiful bougainvilleas. The restaurant is clear. Food is more than enough. It's diverse. A couple of days they even gave frets, then they stopped. Hotel near the sea. Rooms with mountain or sea views. The location is very convenient because it is a little inland from the noisy track. Peace and quiet. If it works, I'll go back to it. The hotel is a good value, for the price you pay. It is clean and the rooms are nice and it's a five minute walk to the City Beach. The view from our room was not the best, I would recommend a sea view. The rooftop pool could also be a little nicer. Great location, near the beach & Vinpearland. Cosy room for 2 people. On the rooftop bar you can enjoy the moutain view of Nhatrang. Friendly and well-train staffs. Perfect breakfast. Absolutely the best hotel in Nhatrang

All in all, this place is a decent choice and good value for money. Location was perfect. Just a stone throw away from the beach. Food was average (breakfast). But the staff was extremely welcoming and always ready to help and suggest. (thanks Quinn once again)

We spend 2 days in here. The staff is so friendly, smile all day and helpful. Many Russian here but no more noisy. Food is normal, don't have Vietnamese kind of food. Swimming pool quite small but have beautiful view. Room ok, not the best.

Thinking we were staying at Sunny Hotel, we tried to check in to find out we were actually staying at the An Vista Hotel some steps away. Temporary inconvenience with ongoing road construction during our stay - not the hotel's fault. I could imagine the street - after construction is finalized - being more busy, especially at night with an expanded street market alongside the hotels and restaurants. Adequate breakfast buffet - perhaps not as vegetarian-satisfying as I would like. Helpful concierge and staff. Comfortable room accommodations - our room included a double and a twin bed. Possible to borrow bikes (if available) since the walk into town center is quite a hot distance. Possible to reserve beach lounge chairs and umbrella with the hotel's staked-out part of the beach (major plus) - relatively easy walking distance (not counting crossing a major road). Quick tip: there is a shop that does laundry at a better rate than the hotel (ssshhh). If I were to visit Nha Trang again - I would prefer to stay closer to town, within easy walking distance of vegetarian restaurants (just my personal preference).

I stayed at An Vista for a week in December i thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Breakfast buffet was good catering for Western and Asian guests, room was fine no complaints there, what made it memorable for me were the staff in particular Maria. Tom. Lily and Mia who made the effort each day to chat with myself. I would definitely go back to this hotel if i was in Nha Trang and i also thought it was good value for money as well. Hotel is very close to beach and other amenities and staff are also good at recommending restaurant's in local area overall i was impressed with the staff and the hotel

The only picture of the hotel which was remotely accurate was probably the foyer/reception area - it looked quite spacious and elegant (not sure if that's the correct description but it'll have to do for now).
We booked a twin room with balcony and city view for 4 nights.
Our room was on the 11th floor and when we got to our room, it didn't look exactly as the picture they had on Agoda or their website. The furnishing quality was on par with IKEA. It was clean, so we can't complain but considering it was only opened 3 weeks prior to our check in, that would've been expected.
The view from our balcony included the old Ron down Nha Trang airport, vacant land being developed as well as distant mountains. Our balcony didn't look the safest place as the corner had started chipping off.
The wall plague in the elevator indicated that there are a total of 19 floors. 18th floor was the gym (incompleted). 19th floor was the rooftop pool (incompleted) yet accessible by walking up the flight of stairs from the 17th floor. They really should have cordoned off or posted up notice for patrons not to access the rooftop while it was still being completed - safety doesn't seem paramount.
I've not known the number 13 to be unlucky in Vietnamese culture yet the elevator didn't have the option for the 13th floor - perhaps it was still being developed?
The hotel offers tours through Tu Hai Tour company - we highly recommend you do your research before signing up through this tour company. We found out too late after we'd already booked our tour - a waste of money and time. They not only didn't follow through on their itinerary but towards the end of the day they took us to a beach that was unfit for the public. We even had to pay to use the beach! There was an excavator at work on the beach. The kayaks were rusty/broken, the pool was empty, a pond further back from the beach with green algae water. Local Vietnamese people who were on the same tour voiced their disappointment and outrage of the tour. It was a disgrace to say the least!
Buffet breakfast is included in the room booking and it was very average. We got served stale bread every other day. Surely for what we paid, you'd think they could at least have fresh bread available?! I couldn't imagine what their dinners were like if this was how they served breakfast.
The only positive was their staff - always helpful!
This hotel may be new but the quality isn't there. Not sure how the building structure would stand after a couple of years if it already looks weathered after only a few weeks.
Not a place I would return.

Stayed here for 2 weeks and the staff could not do enough for us. Great location to take in the sights, sounds and smells of Nha Trang. Huge beds and beach is very close. Would highly recommend. Helped out with great local recommendations and provided beach towels.

Здравствуйте, не выходила на сайт,неужели прошло так много времени...когда рождается внук- первенец, времени катастрофически не хватает. Работа- внук - работа на другое нет времени. Я постараюсь с опозданием, но подробненько ответить. Отель для ранга 3* очень приличный. Не все так красиво, вкусно и хорошо,как в рекламном ролике. Но, действительно команда старается
1. Вход значимый: широкие ступени, площадка для отдыха или курения на значительной высоте от проезда транспорта. Но для колясочников не предусмотрен отгороженный въезд с леерами. Хотя есть место организации такого пандуса.
2. Холл просторный, светлый с качественными и удобными диванами. Продумано все до мелочей:где зона туалетных и гигиенических комнат пока не заселили туристов, зона отдыха с обеих сторон,сразу же у стойки ресепшен находятся два скоростных ,безшумных лифта, зона дежурного менеджера. На 19 этаже открытый бассейн,работающий все 24 часа, его не закрывают. Чуть ниже спортивный зал с тренажёрами на любой вкус. Зал маленький, но уютный. Главное, все время проветриваемых и очень светлый от того, что сплошные окна вместо стен. Ну как бы технический этаж с душевыми,туалетами,сан узлами после бассейна; подсобные помещения :гладильные, постирочные
Обаятельные сотрудницы Маша и заменяющая её, сотрудница,Света. Говорят на классическом русском языке,чего не скажешь про некоторых россиян. Они учились в СССР, советская школа видна. С ними приятно и работать, и просто общаться. Знают все, расскажут и, главное, помогут! Вплоть до того, что вызовут такси, предоставят скидки,проводят и встретят. Спросят как провели время, все ли понравилось. Да, это их работа. Но они знают, что качество их работы отразится на нашем отношении к этому отелю .
3. Есть взаимозамена сотрудниц. Нам повезло- это была Света ( они любят русские имена, да и для простоты общения). Она приходила к нам из отеля Sunny, это практически рядом с нашим отелем и по рангу та же звёздность. Там вход более" приземлённый" к дорожному покрытию,что вполне подойдёт для передвижения в колясках.
4. Китайских товарищей не видела за весь период. Правда, супружеская пожилая пара отдыхала недолго. Тихие спокойные. Может, от того что их было всего двое.
5.Потповоду дополнительные ого лежащего места. Всегда договоритесь с администрацией,чтобы была раскладушка приличная или предоставят номер на троих. Выгоднее брать номер на троих,оплата меньше. Договариваться надо или решать все вопросы важные для вас,как туристов, только с администрацией. Решение быстрое и бесплатное. Вы поняли меня....
Я наблюдала как проводилась планетки среди сотрудников. Четко, по- деловому, спокойно.Уважительно к руководителю.
Мне пришлось вмешаться в это собрание, из - за недобровестности одного из сотрудников на ресепшене по поводу электронного ключа от номера. Доказывать на уровне работника- бесполезно, они требуют оплату якобы за утерю с большими %% . Я обратилась с вопросом по ходу их собрания и дежурный менеджер в считанные секунды! под бумагами нашла ключ от номера и отдала мне. Вот вам и наглядный пример.
Вывод: вызывайте старшего, главного, основного- главное из администрации отеля
6. Из этой же серии АnVista есть отель Sunny. Думаю: сотрудники также обучены как и в этом отеле
Что нравиться в АnVista, так это то ,что отель находится и вроде бы на 1 линии,но в тупичке торговой широкой! улицы, а окна выходят на 3- ю линию. А там старый аэродром,поле. Ширь. Горы в далёкие. Тихо. Утром поют петухи и птицы. А не шум со стороны дорог
В следующих воспоминаниях я расскажу и об отрицательных моментах в этом отеле
К сожалению контакта нет, но через booking дешевле, наш номер стоил в отеле 2100000 донгов в ночь, а через букинг у нас вышло 800000 в ночь. Можно скорее всего им написать на общий емейл и вам ответят по русски
