Great location but that’s about it. Most staff don’t understand English so should not be called an international hotel. Can’t get wifi from the top rooms and tv was unwatchable. When they put on a show that was so loud we couldn’t sleep they would not do anything until we packed our bags and insisted on another room. Even then did not move our luggage and gave us a room with one bed instead of two. Did not offer a good western breakfast option and did not provide the basics like clean tables. Would not visit again!

The hotel has a good location. We stayed at a room that had great Seaview. It is good value and worth paying more for Seaview. It can get a little noisy in the evening because of the live music from the sailing club, if you want a quiter room, do book the back but views won't be as good. There are some beach chairs that belong to the hotel. Weather wasn't so good in February. Next time we will go back in April or May. Annie at reception is lovely, always checking everything is OK, speaks very good English and we understand that she speaks fluent Korean too!

We checked in on the 3rd of February and checked out on the 1st of March. We spent a lovely holiday at this hotel, the staff were amazing, very friendly and very helpful especially Annu at reception (i think the spelling is right) . Nothing was to much trouble for them all and they sorted any little problems out. The breakfast was very good a selection for all the different nationalities staying. The sun beds on the beach were good,and we were looked after by zin or sing not sure of the spelling. It's a big hotel but it did get chaotic at breakfast when the bus tours were staying. Overall we would both like to thank all the staff for a memorable holiday. Cheers Tony 👍 🍻

Large, international style hotel on the seafront. Well located, but no private beach. Staff helpful and polite. Rather ordinary international breakfast. Big rooms, with beach view, but decor rather tired: all looks as though it needs to be freshened up a bit.

When we arrived, the réception was kind with drink offered during the check-in. Everything was nice during the stay (10 days), good service, good breackfast with many choice. Rooms are also very good. The only negative point was the wifi on some room… too weak… but in the lobby, everything working well.

Lovely hotel with a great view of the ocean from our room. The staff were friendly & helpful at all times & the service was very good. Rooms and amenities were excellent. Loved the location, right across the beach & the Sailing Club. Loads of restaurants ,cafes, shopping centres around. good for walking around in the neighborhood. They also have a private section on the beach for the hotel residents.

The room, location, facilites and staff were excellent! Annie and her team were always available to help me (early check-in, taxi booking). The breakfast was amazing and Annie even recommended some delicious local food. I would suggest anyone to book a stay in this wonderful hotel.

I was very imressed from warm and friendly Manager Annie. When i was arrived, i felt very sic and my saß swollen. After two much better thanks ger. The place is not so 4 Star it should be. TV very old and pnly 3 Programms are OK. Breakfast is for European guest not acceptable, but anyway , i felt like Homepage! Thank You Roland from Switzerland

I really love the staff here. When we had to check out sooner than we planned. They tried to contact with Booking.com to agree to refund for us. Breakfast and restaurant was wonderful. Our children felt excited with cozy Xmas at the lobby. And easy to go around the City
