I have mixed feelings about this hotel. On one hand it's very clean and the room was very nice and luxury. On other hand, staff tried their best but did not speak much English, and not very friendly. Breakfast we just did not enjoy the food, and nothing was labelled so we didn't know what was what. Location- it's a little bit south on the strip-we found ourselves walking 10-20minutes north a couple of times a day to get to the bars/restaurants we wanted to go to, which got a bit tiresome.

I am not sure if it's the hotel policy but the front desk staff asked me and my friends (4 of us) to leave our passports with them when we checked-in. Which is kinda weird. We said we can't do that and the staff asked to pay deposit only in cash. Credit card is not accepted. Double weird. Room was okay, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not bad.

My family stayed here for 3 nights for the first time coming to Nha Trang. Positive point: + The hotel location and the room are good enough for us with the balcony where we can see the Nha Trang beach. + The HSK made the room very clean. + BF is good Negative: - Poor service from the receptionist, we felt that we are not welcomed, they did smile and greeting at all. It's was very strange because they are the all beautiful girls. My wife needs to print some documents but the girl who works in the evening shift on 17.09 was unhelpful but the bellman. - The A/C is very noisy. Will not come back!

The hotel is located in the second line from the beach down a small busy alley where taxi's can't go. We had a view to an old airfield at the back of the hotel. The rooms looked like they were not designed to function as a familyroom. After the first look the rooms also didn't look that well maintained. We were once in the room when the cleaning crew did his job and were appaled by the cleaning technique to spray some perfumed cleaning agent and swipe it with and clean all with the same mop. The staff looks mostly uninterested and rather impersonal considering other hotels we had on our travels in Vietnam. We had a very large room for us and our 2 boys of 8 and 9. It was more like an appartment because there was also a full scale refrigerator, kitchen and sitting area.

I recently stayed at Balcony Nha Trang hotel and what can I say about this place: great customer service , near the beach.. I absolutely love it! Staff was friendly and attentive, rooms were clean and breakfast was a good selection. The pool area was great with good views of the sea view. Be back next time

Балконы открытые, со всех сторон. Я выносил на балкон пару раз стул (точнее пуфик какой то), чтобы покурить... Никто замечаний не делал. Да, думаю, и не смотрит за этим никто

Доброго времени суток! Как я писал в своем отзыве, внешняя изоляция отеля выше всяких похвал, пока не откроешь балконную дверь, шума не слышно. Хуже внутренняя изоляция, если в соседях шумная компания, то не очень приятно..... Стойка должна закончится, но вьетнамцы народ активный, возможно рядом начнется новая )))

отель пользуется спросом,номера на высоких этажах дорогие,не хотите переплачивать-берите бюджетные с 1-5.Номера хорошие,мебель новая, только они поменьше.
хорошего отдыха.
