Well were do I start- PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE. From the moment we arrived it was a nightmare. We had a two night stop over stay in Nha Trang and stayed here. When we arrived we were informed that the lift wasn’t working- and we were staying on the highest floor 12th floor! So the receptionist took us to the hotel next door brought us up there lift to the 7th floor and then we had to CLIMB UP A LADDER THROUGH A SMALL HOLE IN THE WALL and then walk up five flights of stairs- COMPLETE HEALTH HAZARD. The receptionist then said she would have our bags delivered- nearly an hour passed STILL NO BAGS- I then rang down and asked for our bag and she said give me a moment to see if it’s possible?? Ten minutes passed still no sign so I had to then RING AGAIN she then said our bags were on there way. Next up is the shower- I have no idea who designed this but they clearly had no clue when u turn on the shower the water shoots out all over the floor and not even into the bath so after a shower the bathroom is like a swimming pool. They only leave u two bath towels( no hand towels or bath mats). The rooms are dull and lifeless and the sheets are grey ( supposed to be white). Were do I start with the RUDE RECEPTIONIST( one who has glasses) I’m unsure how she still has a job- she is the most unwelcoming receptionist I have came across- not helpful, doesn’t say hello when u enter the hotel just really rude. And also when we were checking out she was with another receptionist and they stood there talking in Vietnamese looking and laughing at us. RUDE!!! Also on the last day we woke up and my boyfriend found lots of ants on our bed!! There really was no point in saying anything to the staff because they really don’t care about anything. When checking out the receptionist didn’t even ask how our stay was because she knew herself the place is a dump. DO NOT STAY HERE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWERE!

This hotel is great for the value, very clean and in an amazing location right in front of the beach. We couldn’t fault it. Un till we booked a bus to Hoi an with them, we were about to go all showered and ready for our 12 hour bus journey, when the woman behind the desk informed us that they forgot to book our bus! And there wasn’t another. This really let us down as we were on such a tight schedule. So after getting over the fact we couldn’t leave we were told we could have a room with a balcony for the same price as one without. After arguing that we wasn’t paying another night because it wasn’t our fault and we should be offered a free night or at least half price, they finally agreed only if we rated them 5 star on here. Which I don’t like lying to the public so I refused. I found it really cheeky that we had to basically beg for a room when it was their fault and then they ask for a good review! Anyway we booked another bus for the next night and went to bed. By the way the balcony was a square metre next door to a construction site you could literally touch it. We was woken up at 5am by a hammer a drill and all kinds of other noises this went on all day so we had to leave the room. So overall nice hotel good price but they need some tips on their customer service.

I honestly have to say this is the worst hotel I have stayed in. The room we got was pretty small for two people and was smelling really bad. Heavy moldy smell. We had to leave the door open for a while to see if would help. There was no window in the room to help our problem. Also, there were so MANY ants in the room as well..!!! I tried to address the issues to the staff but they didn’t seems to take it serious and weren’t much of help. I also felt like the two female receptionist tried to rip me off when trying to book a private car. Ended up me booking another hotel which was worth it!

Great position near beach, restaurants and shops. Comfy bed and efficient a/c. Our budget room had no window and (usually claustrophobic) me did not notice. Water and toiletries supplied. Fridge in room. Reception staff went out of their way to help and ensure our stay was comfortable.
