We stayed here for 5 nights in May and really enjoyed it. It certainly has the resort feel with the amazing pool. It's a short walk to everything, and their recommendations for various adventures were spot on. The room was as seen in the pictures, the staff were very friendly and the pool area was beautiful. The only shortfall was that the spa was undergoing renovations.

My wife and myself stayed here for 3 days and were very impressed with this hotel. We were welcomed at the door on arrival, and the front desk staff were very friendly and professional. We were offered an upgrade and gladly accepted. (nothing wrong with the first room) just thought the balcony spa would be a great idea. I would like to make a special mention to HA for her advice and recommendations. She has a fantastic attitude towards everyone. She helped to make our stay much more memorable. My wife and I and 2 teenage boys stayed at the Sunrise and we had a wonderful time. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to an Ocean view room. It was spacious and luxurious. The hotel is beautiful and quiet. Breakfast and the food was very nice and reasonably priced. But the best thing about this place, are the staff. They are always friendly, patient and very helpful. To give you an example, I went to see Nhu at reception, to organise my checkout. Nhu double checked everything. She found that my travel agent had made a mistake with my flight number. She sorted everything out for me, so I could continue to enjoy my holiday. I am very happy I stayed at the Sunrise.

Loved this hotel. Great location next to the beach and bars and restaurants. Hotel staff go above and beyond to help you and are so very friendly. Reception did all they could to make our stay so perfect. We stayed 10 nights. The food in the restaurant was delicious we had breakfast which was plentiful, fresh and great quality. Lunch by the pool which was fabulous and a 3 course dinner in the restaurant one night which was really top quality. Our room was really large and comfortable with the most amazing view of the ocean and islands beyond. We did swop rooms as we wanted a bigger balcony and the reception were so helpful showing us other choices. Loved this place and would love to return

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room - one queen and one king bed and loads of space, all the balconies overlooking the lovely pool and nha trang beach, the hotel is built in a colonial style - exceptionally clean and the staff very attentive and helpful - nothing was too much trouble

This is a really lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The pool area is very pleasant and the hotel's location is perfect, opposite the beach but enough to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our daily walk along the promenade and sometimes wandered back through the city streets. This was our first visit but we plan to return.

I came back to Sunrise Nhatrang for the 6th time now, and it's still the best place to rest, to enjoy this beautiful coastal city of Nhatrang. Front Desk Supervisor Hong, as always is the best! Wow amazing room looking out to the beach just beautiful with great utilities in the hotel. Bit shocked to see reviews that ppl were given free upgrades as we were asked to pay extra just to check in earlier 🙄 Most hotels we go to offer this for free I wouldn't say a 5 star hotel until they fix their disgusting cocktails, we tried 6 ad they really don't know how to make them and the cleaning standard to the room is not great for a 5 star hotel. Our shower still had other ppls hair mould and grubby marks to the wall. Location was ok not too far walk along the beach and staff very accommodating

Our room was spacious with a large comfortable bed and furniture. Our room also had a balcony spa which overlooked the beach. The location was fantastic, close to markets, nightlife, restaurants etc. Breakfast was awesome, staff and quality and choice of food was exceptional. Cannot rave about the staff enough! We had an issue with a missing iphone - I left it on a bus. The reception staff/manager went above and beyond trying to locate it for me! Ever so grateful for the help she provided. Especially as it was on the day we were checking out and had to make it to the airport for our next flight.
