Service is very good in this hotel. Staff wants to makes sure your experience during the stay is all the time top notch. Location is very good, tunnel to the beach is nice add-on, hotel is clean and they even have true Finnish sauna (Sawo kiuas). We also tried the gym and some massage services and again with very good experience. On the beach side they have free sun beds for hotel customers and quality toilet/shower facilities accessible only with hotel card.
Some things to consider and why only 4 stars instead of 5. First I have to say that I don't have experience in any other hotels this city. One thing that bothered us a bit was inter-room sound proofing. Or lack of it on the connecting room doors. I posted picture of floorpan where you can see also how different room types are located. Not sure how it reflects other floors, but at least in this floor almost all rooms have connecting doors to another room. Those doors are basic indoor doors, without any sound proofing at all. So if someone is just talking with normal voice in the room, it can be heard in the other room as well. We stayed at the junior suite that has windows directly to sea so of course we did not want to change the room. And as said, I don't know how common this type of setup is for the other hotels or even for other floors.
If you read the review this far, you might be interested that they have very convenient taxi service. They have taxi company (the green one, don't recall the name) representative on the site and you always get a card with you that specifies taxi number and your trip details incase you encounter any issues with them.
The hotel has a very nice Skylight rooftop bar / restaurant, but it's not included in the hotel price. So you have to pay small fee for entrance, but that is definitely worth it!
We stayed there 8 nights so I'm sure you can do it as well. So big recommendation for this hotel.

The hotel is in a central location with nice modern facilities and one of the best family rooms I have ever stayed in all for a very competitive price.
There is a basic pool on site, but not one that keeps the kids entertained for too long. There is a convenient tunnel from the hotel to the beach with a private and well kept beach section.
There is a rooftop bar on site, but there is an extra fee to use this which was disappointing.
Breakfast was average with similar items every day. But there are number of food options nearby.

Perfect from the front. The reception is very friendly and there are a lot of people so you can check in without any inconvenience. Although there are not many different room types, we recommend this hotel because it is in clean condition, spacious rooms, and focuses on customer convenience, making it comfortable to stay and providing 5-star accommodation at an affordable price. It's nice to be able to use early check-in or late check-in. It's right in front of the beach, so the view is great. You can take a walk on the beach and the Grab location is convenient. Pros view of the ocean, clean bathroom, towels and sheets but the bedsides and remainder of room stained and grubby. Please see the photos. No access to sky bar as not part of the hotel so why use this as the main picture, false advertising and have to pay separately. The whole hotel and rooms need a fresh coat of paint and upgrade. The floorboards are ruined, the lounges are stained, the bookshelves have nothing not even an ornament. The decor is old and tacky in the rooms, actually tacky everywhere. We were “upgraded” but the room was smelly and the aircon was noisy in the main room so we had to close the door. The pool is small and full of Chinese loud families. The gym was ok but hot. The sauna in the men’s room didn’t work and the men were naked in the steam room. Another con is if you aren’t Chinese you don’t get breakfast at the front with the beach views you get ushered into private rooms for breakfast with the view of the building site next door. The furnishings in the breakfast area are tacky too. Staff were pleasant but didn’t feel like we were welcomed like other places we stayed in Vietnam.

Everything is just perfect here. We stayed for 3 nights in a Deluxe room with a reasonable price about 53$/night, breakfast included, ocean view, spacious room. Sauna & steam bath are also free. The staffs are always friendly & helpful. We had such a great time here. Gonna come back!

They were very friendly and helped us without any inconvenience. They even stored our luggage before check-in. I was able to check in comfortably as soon as I went to the hotel front desk. We booked for two days, but we booked different rooms for each day, so they were very kind when we asked them to combine the rooms into one. From the customer's perspective, we helped them upgrade their room to a better condition at a cost-effective price. It hasn't been a day yet, but I think I'll be able to stay there very well.

So impressed with this hotel and the awesome service the staff provides! Our room 3303 was spotless with expansive views of the city, beach and ocean - and the bedding was luxurious. Breakfast is simply delightful with tons of variety and on top of that the dining throughout the rest of the day is both affordable and delicious. The level of customer service from all the staff is 5 plus stars and what we have experienced at luxury hotels far more expensive. Special thanks to Summer and Thiem who guided us for all our needs, comnecting us with dining, shopping and activities options but really, it was staff at every level and role that made our experience best in class. Fully recommend this hotel if you want to stay right in the hub of nha trang across from a beautiful beach. Great value, service, location, and an absolutely beautiful hotel all in all.

When choosing accommodation in Nha Trang, I was most concerned about accommodation along the route, but I ended up staying at Premier Havana Nha Trang on the recommendation of a co-worker who had been to Nha Trang first! It took about 10 minutes by Grab from the dock (cost 104,000 VND), and the location is perfect as it is located in the center of Nha Trang city center and right in front of the beach! Friendly staff, pleasant environment, and convenient location - a grand slam! I'm so looking forward to running to the most famous nearby, Seommoi Garden, and eating banh xeo, nem nuong, and banh mi cheese. 🩵

A large hotel on the beachfront. When I stayed there, I got the impression that there were a lot of Koreans. The ocean view room had a large window facing the sea, so I could watch the sunrise over the sea every morning, and before breakfast I went to the beach to swim with the locals? It was very pleasant. The ocean was visible from the bath, so it was a luxurious time.
It's not a new hotel, but it's cleaned well and the staff are very accommodating. The room was spacious and very good! There was a variety of breakfast options, and there was a Korean menu because there were a lot of Koreans.
The only thing that was disappointing was that the refrigerator didn't cool at all... It wasn't an old refrigerator, but a stylish, transparent one with lights that looked stylish... I would like a refrigerator that cools, even if it's old. If they could just improve this, I think it would be the best hotel! I'll stay again! Thank you very much!

It's a nice hotel close to the beach and main streets. The staff are also very friendly. The main beach right in front is very attractive. It is located on the beach, has the best value for money, and is good in all aspects, including transportation, meals, friendliness, cleanliness, and elevator access.
-It was my first time traveling to Nha Trang, Vietnam, and I was looking forward to it as it was my first time traveling overseas with my nephew. The location of the hotel was right in front of the ocean, so it had a nice view of the ocean, and it reminded me of Hawaii. Also, it was nice that it was close to Kong Cafe and the night market within walking distance. The swimming pool is located on the 5th floor, and was of appropriate depth and size. When we went, it was so windy and cold that we had to make a big decision to get in the water. Surprisingly, what was even better was that when you pushed through the door next to the front desk, there was a beautiful beach beyond the long staircase leading to the sea. When you go out to the sea, there are hotel-exclusive parasols and beach chairs, and you can also rent towels.
