I booked a deluxe city view with balcony then we got upgraded to deluxe sea view with balcony for free. The room itself in general is windy, clean, but not very spacious, it's decent while the bathroom is actually very spacious. That I like! Hot water is available and strong too. Buffet breakfast is ok. I rate 5 stars for...

We stayed at the hanoi golden hotel after booking online. This is a very busy hotel! The staff at the front desk are very friendly, though there's always so many you don't know who to talk to... The notable difference between this hotel and all the others I stayed in during my 6 weeks in Vietnam, is that there's no...

We thought overall the hotel was quite nice for the price and location. Its a short walk to the beach and is on the major tourist road in Nha Trang. The only negatives were the shower didn't drain and the hot water was sporadic. Also, the bartender on the roof by the pool ripped us off. I continually told him...

This hotel is nice and convenient. A good rooftop bar with godd prices. A good location on the restaurant strip, two blocks from the beach. Good breakfast and nice treatment from the restaurant manager. A little bit better maintanence could be good! The drain under the bathtub couldn't swallow all the water, so the floor was flooded whan you took...

its a new building so its gleaming clean. We had booked a double room with an extra bed but, soon as we arrived they upgraded us to a family room for no extra price. You are given breakfast vouchers free for every night you stay. It has a roof top pool which isn't too big or deep but great for...

Just as nice as it looks on the pictures. We stayed in Hanoi Golden hotel for 2 weeks. Our deluxe seaview room with balcony was lovely and clean. Good Wi-Fi signal in the room. Big comfortable bed, comfortable pillows. We bought 2 pillows the day before we checked out, that's how much we loved them. Small room but big bathroom...

We found this hotel online and booked at the off chance of it been good as we didn't have much clue on nha trang and what it would be like. When we got there we had been upgraded to a family deluxe room for the same price. The room was amazing the hotel staff were friendly and couldn't do more...

A great hotel in the heart of the town. Service was outstanding. I have never seen a restraunt manager so full of life and energy. We arrived late with a large load of laundry and they had no qualms in taking it and by the time we got back from breakfast it was already packed away in our wardrobe. I...

I and my girlfriend had a lovely stay at the Hanoi Golden hotel last weekend. As all the previous comments, nice location in the heart of nightlife/foreigners streets, 5-mins walk to the beach. The hotel was new and clean, room was quite big with nice decorations, all the stuff in room worked nicely (shower, hairdryer, TV, air-con, kettle etc.), bed...

This a nice little modern hotel, in a great location with great service. Especially the restaurant manager, he is exuberant and helpful, doing what he can to make your stay a good one. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious enough, beds are good, but pillows are hard and the privacy in the bathroom is limited. The pool is functional. I’d...
