It was already written, but the main downside is karaoke under the windows before 4:00 a.m. Basically, people just sit outside and yell at the microphone. Closed windows don't save you, it's completely impossible to sleep. The karaoke ends, the Vietnamese take to the waterfront, make music and start studying. More or less quiet surprisingly at lunch. No more silence.
The second downside is parking right in front of the hotel. With suitcases, you have to squeeze between cars.
Three are savvy employees. They took 400,000 for lost key cards, wrote a check for 200.
Otherwise, it's really not a bad hotel for its money.

Worse service, at least on the beach, I have never seen in any hotel.
On the beach, the guy who deals with sunbeds is trying to resell the sunbeds that are included in the price! There were several cases:
1. A week ago, if you were not given a coupon for sunbeds, due to the forgetfulness of people at the reception, then you need to pay for a sunbed or walk across the road with crazy traffic back.
2. When our friends were lying on the beach, girls who had just arrived came up to the neighboring sunbeds and their friends said that they needed to get a coupon at the reception. The man in charge of the sun loungers approached his friends and told them not to interfere - this is his business and he needs to feed his family.
3. This morning we came to the beach - 7 sunbeds were resold to guests from other hotels, for example, 5 sunbeds were occupied by towels from the Galina Hotel, which is located more than 2 km from our hotel!!! and 2 sheets, which the hotel does not have. The first remark is about the cleaning of the rooms, it is certainly not the best level, where you can see and clean it, I also waited for shampoo and shower gel for 3 whole days. This fairly new Hotel is definitely not a 4 Star Hotel.
The rooms are very clean but basic.
First impressions the Lobby looks dated.
The rooms are nice enough but old fashioned decor.
The shower was only luke warm.
Breakfast was awful and very stressful, Many Asian families scrambling for food, no etiquette just pushing and shoving especially when everyone is trying to get in the lift afterwards.
Breakfast served 6am until 9am this is way too early, most hotels serve until 10.30.
No Western food at all. If you are a Westerner there are better hotels with decent food.
Do not exchange money here extremely low rate.
Swimming pool full of families and kids not relaxing at all, it's like a free for all.
On the positive side you get free beach access and a sunbed. It's quiet.
This hotel is out of the main area you need a taxi to go anywhere.

We stayed here one night in May 2022. The hotel was nice, clean, and tidy. The room was spacious and has a nice view over the park and further overlooking the ocean.
The staff was helpful, especially the bellman who was very friendly and welcoming. The receptionist(s) should be much keen on engaging with guests to make them feel more connected like at their cozy home.
The restaurant at breakfast time had a good variety of dishes with more food items than others in similar categories. Its setting created much comfort with wide glass windows overlooking the outside beautiful scene..
The one-night stay was so short but overall speaking, it is worth the value we paid and the location is a plus.
If we have time next time, we will come back definitely.

Terrible hotel. Breakfast is a very small buffet with limited options. Amennities in the bathroom are falling apart. To top everything, on the last day, the cleaning lady stole 500 000 VND from our room and the reception did nearly nothing to help investigate. Definitely not recommend.
