Usual hotel without house keeping , Bath room very dirty but room cannot be considered satisfactory cleaned! Although , I request an overhauling to lighting system in room , (no lamps) nobody take care! Towels used , and changed only by hard manned with the owner , ( absent of any type of cordiality ) and generally poor level of any service

Be warned, the staff is going to enter your room no matter what. Before you check in they are going to ask for your passport (and not give it back until you check out and pay, which is illegal) and show you some read & follow "rules". The rules specific say that you should take care of your value belongings or keep them in reception, among other things. When we came back from the beach the first day we find out that someone entered our room (wich we know because we left a mark in the door) and more that 2 million dong were MISSING, exactly half of what we had. When we notify this incident to the owner, the tatto guy, he immediately show us the "rules" and said that it was OUR FAULT because we didn't leave the money in the reception so they were not responsible and if we want we can call the police, he said all this before we add anything else, so we start to suspect the whole situation. At first he tried to tell us that it was impossible someone enter because he kept the spare key, but we said that we know for sure that someone entered and because we just counted the money before going out. We suggest him to check the cameras in reception and in the fourth floor, but they were "not working" even if they have a red light and connected. We asked him please to ask his staff and try to find out what happened, that we needed that money for our last 2 weeks of travel. After 3 years of travelling around the world we have never been robbed and we never had to leave things in reception. The next morning the tattoo guy wasn't there so we spoke with the rest of the staff but they were really rude and the owner's wife even laugh in our face, even she "didn't speak much english" she knew what was going on. That night, when we came back to the hotel we spoke again with the owner, he said that he didn't know anything that we should talk with the housekeeper (thing that he should do 'cause he is the manager and 'cause we don't speak vietnamese) and so on. We tried him to understand the importance of that money and give him the chance to find and return it without us causing any trouble but it was worthless. After a long time conversation we go upstairs to find out that they ENTERED AGAIN, of course he forgot to mention that. When we asked about it he started to get kind of crazy and said loudly that was him because he wanted to "check the room", that he can enter any room whenever he wanted because it's his hotel, but he promised that "this time anything was missing", what is that supposed to mean? Of course he started to get really rude and the same story the next morning when we asked again in good manners, hoping to get at least some part of the money back. He ended up yelling about the hotel's rules and he wanted us to go to the police and even call the police himself to get rid of us, but of course the officer that show up couldn't do anything about it. The last day the complete staff (wife, hosekeeper and reception boy) was listening the conversation and laughing about it (except the boy) while the owner completely adopted a rude and defensive attitude, proving that he was 100% guilty. If you still want to go to this place you need to follow the rules, otherwise for sure you are going to get stuck in the same situation. It's a petty that we didn't check the reviews in advance.

I stayed here 4 nights in a room on the 3rd floor with a small balcony. It was a pretty clean and relaxed place. I got my laundry done here too. It's in a little side alley way off a main road but that's a positive because it's less noisy. Downstairs there are a few nice places to eat and it has a small community feel. The owners were ok without showing any real customer focus but that's not a bad thing. The bed was comfortable, the aircon worked, the bathroom was ok and the TV was good too. Nothing really to complain about. They only cleaned my room if I asked them to but I prefer that. They respect your privacy and treat you like an adult. Would I stay here again? Yeah, I probably would.

I have never posted any review before, this is my first one because I really want to share my bad experience in this hotel with everyone. I stayed here for many nights in the begin of June, 2016. When I came and checked in, they invited me to a small room in the 3rd floor, first I thought it was fine because the price was really cheap and acceptable for this room, but then when I turned the light on, I was like" OH GOSHH, WHERE THE HECK AM I STAYING NOW?", the floor was reallyyyyy dirty with a lot of long female hairs !!! All the floor was covered with hairs !!! Then I came to the WC, the toilet was not flushed, I mean there was urine of previous customer in the toilet which made me feel disgusted. And it was not the end, I opened the closet, I saw one women shirt in it ! I was really angry and requested for changing to a new room, the owner agreed with my request. So I had a new room in the 4th floor which was bigger but had problem with electricity, it was just about 5 minutes, the lights turned off automatically, so I had to touch the hotel card key switch, the lights turned on but after a few minutes turned off again. I HAD TO DO THAT ALL NIGHT TO HAVE THE LIGHTS !!! The nightmare just began when I came back room and found out that I lost my valuable handicrafts. Quickly, I asked the owner where it was, and I was really lucky in that day because they hadn't thrown it away so I could take my stuff back. The owner (the wife) said the cleaning staff thought that was the garbage (my handicrafts are really fragile, so I wrap them in paper and put all in the plastic bag) and planed to throw away but luckily I came back room in time, and she said she would tell the staff about this issue and promise to be more careful nexttime. Unfortunately, the next day I went out all day and came back room late at night. I was shock because I lost my stuffs AGAIN !!! Although I carefully put my stuff in bed near the pillows to avoid misunderstanding happen again before leaving. I found the owner again immediately, she said the city garbage service team already came and took all garbage away... it mean I never could find my stuff again. At that time, I was so freaking mad but I tried to calm myself down. I asked the owner (the man with alots tattoos and his wife) for solving the problem. He said it was all my fault because I did not keep my stuff carefully??? I said: "what the word 'carefully' mean in this situation??? I put my stuffs in bed not in the floor, how could your staff think that was garbage and throw away? Furthermore your staff did not throw the REAL garbage in the bin and she chose my valuable handicrafts to throw. WHY???" The owner: "I dont know anything" Me: "Oh so you want me to call the Nhatrang hotline to come and solve this prolem do you?" The owner: "GO ADEAD ! I AM NOT SCARED. I DARE YOU TO DO THAT!" He shouted at me. I was a little bit scared because he was so rude and it's like he would have beat me if I hadn't shut my mouth up. So I asked for having a talk with the cleaning staff. The next morning, the owner's wife came to my room with her staff. The lady talked so muchhhhh about her poor life...she had no money...she was really ill but didn't have money to go doctor...she said she didn't steal my stuff, she cried...she kept telling about her hard job at this hotel blah blah blah but she didn't focus on how to solve the problem or gave me apologies. I decided to let her pay half of my missing stuff's value. She agreed but she didn't have any money in her pocket and promised she would come back at noon and I was ok with that. I checked out after the conversation and changed to a new hotel. At 2pm that day, I came back but the wife said her staff hadn't came. I offered that the hotel pay for me first, and when the staff came, they could take the money back from the staff but the wife refused ! SO I had to call the hotline and told all about my problem. I have to say that the Nhatrang hotline service is reallyyy good !!! They took my case immediately and sent some staffs come to the check the problem. They contacted me by phone many times because I was not in the old hotel anymore and I was so scared to face to face with the man owner. Right away the staff from Nhatrang hotline called me to say apologies and told me to let it pass because the cleaning staff was old, ill, and poor (at that time the cleaning staff was in hotel's debt 1 month salary and coundn't pay). But Nhatrang hotline promised they would continue to follow this case. The next day I came back in the morning, the wife's owner said that the staff had came and paid 1/4 money. After all, I have to say that I was really disapointed with this hotel because I really love Nhatrang city but this hotel ruined my vacation so badly. I had to change to the new hotel, I had to delay my return to solve this problem, I had to buy my stuff again which was reallyyyyy difficult to buy (the reality is I couldn't buy all my handicrafts like before because they were so rare), I had to cancel my traveling plans due to my bad feelings... So I'm writing this comment to share with other travellers and hope they will not have any bad experiences like me. Anyways, I will always love Nhatrang and I will comeback for sure, but of course not in this hotel.

A warning for everyone who is going to book this hotel. I’d been here from 3rd June to 8th June and been missed valuable handicraft stuffs for twice. At first, my friend and I came back the hotel and found out early so we could take it back in the garbage because they had not thrown it yet. Unfortunately, 2 days later, they continued to throw our stuffs but this time we could not find back. They said the cleaning lady thought it was rubbish though we had explained to them before that our stuff was fragile handicrafts, we had to wrap it by paper and when I went out, I had carefully put it on the bed to prevent from misunderstanding. The owner of the hotel (the tattoo man and his wife) denied our cases and said this didn’t relate to them and missing happened due to our fault. When I said they should have helped us to contact the cleaning lady, they ignored us and did it very reluctantly. The morning after, they sent the cleaning lady to meet us and let us decide. The lady kept telling us about her disadvantage but she did not admit her mistakes or even gave us any apologies. Nor the owners did. We were so frustrated and told them that they should pay us back the half of the stuff’s value. The cleaning lady said she would pay us back at 2PM because she didn’t have any money now but she has never come back. The owner refused to pay us or help us to find her or give us her information until I requested fiercely. She said her responsibility was only about help us to talk to the cleaning lady, and our missing stuff did not her mistake. We had to solve it by ourselves. Then we contacted to Nha Trang Hotline and got help. After that, we received ¼ the money in the next morning when we came back to the hotel again. The case happened in our last night but we had to delay our arrival to buy the handicraft stuff again so we offered them one more night. However, the owner said they were fully booked and we should find another hotel. I was really disappointed because Nha Trang is a very beautiful city which provides many good quality services. However this hotel has ruined everything by their irresponsible attitude and rude behavior. When customer missed their stuff or valuable in their hotel they should help us first before blaming mistakes for anyone however all they did is chatting on FB and threatening us not to call the police.
