I wonder why your name on tripadvisor and outside does not match...? So does the service. When I came to check in, the lobby was too crowded and noisy, but seemed like nobody cares. It took me nearly an hour to check in... Anyway, I love the beach view and the convenient location of yours.

Arrived today to this 4.5 star property. Room and public facilities average for standard of hotel. Check in slow despite a row of staff busy doing everything other than promptly serving guests. The hotel facilities are clean and functional - the rooms are a decent size - but the hotel is fatally marred by armies of badly mannered aggressive Russian and Chinese tourists. When we were checking out, We were very nearly strip-searched because of a missing teaspoon. Argument ensued, spoon was used to feed child and left in dining area.
