This property is modern & tastefully decorated with an authentic 'elemental' approach. The lobby is adorned with stone, wood and earth tones. It exudes a calming ambiance and is steeped in Feng shui. The lone elevator is painfully slow and extremely busy during those 'compression' times each day. I solved this by using the stairs 90% of the time to access my 5th floor room. This eased any guilt from over indulging on their SUPERB breakfast buffet (lol) I found the staff to be very kind and helpful, particularly Long who was sincere and professional at every turn. My kids and I spent CNY here recently. A quiet newly built hotel in front of a beautiful beach about 4km from the city Centre with all the amenities and surrounded with all kinds of restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to LUCY at the front desk for helping us sort out our lost baggage at the airport and we were able to get our luggage back on the evening we checked in. They also gave us many recommendations on where to eat, places to visit and sorted out all our daily transportation needs. Definitely a hotel on my favourite list.

The location is amazing, literally across from the beach, every day I was mesmerized by the sunrise and sunset. The ocean is incredible in the morning, highly recommend a sunrise watch and a morning swim. Also, it takes a few minutes to get to the center area of Nha Trang, where most shopping centers, bars, and delicious restaurants are located. The room is clean and cozy. We literally stay in our room to enjoy the ocean view all day. The breakfast buffet is also awesome as well, the perfect combination of Western and Vietnamese food. We love our stay here. Highly recommended it, and definitely come back to stay here if we travel to Nha Trang again.

I was looking for a hotel that is not located in the center and came across this hotel. I like its location, across from Hon Chong. The hotel itself is average; staff are friendly. However, housekeeping was not consistent. They forgot the soap, toilet paper, towels, and take out the trash sometimes. Breakfast was included, but there was not that many selections. The food is meh. The breakfast ends at 9:30am, and they stop refill the food and drinks at around 9.

We booked here with friends for a relaxing beach holiday, the close proximity to the beach is the selling point of this hotel. The hotel is clean, staff friendly, and the room we had, although with a city view, was spacious. The breakfast was fairly average and more Vietnamese than western which was fine, although I was surprised not to be able to get pho especially as it had pho written above the breakfast bar, but oddly could get macaroni pasta if wanted! We only had breakfast one of the four days. Our room as mentioned above was on the city side which was fine, but even though we were on the 18th floor we were woke by some yappy dog every day, and this sound was heard on and off when we were in the hotel room. The overall disappointment of this hotel was the lack of the advertised rooftop pool and sky bar. Our friend who arrived on Sunday was informed it was closed till the weds, when we arrived on Mon we were told it was closed till Thurs and then no surprise on Thurs we were told it still wasn't open. My frustration is this was not communicated prior to our booking, and honestly this would have had a bug impact on us booking this hotel, especially as it is outside of the main Nha Trang area and there are very few bars. They do offer drinks on the ground floor, but honestly, that lacks atmosphere staring at a road.

I was born in Vietnam but spent most of my youth in the US. Having lived in the United States for an extended period, as I grow older, I find myself increasingly drawn to reconnecting with my roots and exploring the beauty of my birthplace. This year, I decided to take a trip to Nha Trang.
I did thorough research on where to stay in Nha Trang and ultimately chose the Navada Beach Hotel, drawn to its excellent reviews from other guests. Without a doubt, it stands out as the best hotel I have ever experienced in Vietnam for numerous reasons. The affordability is matched by top-notch quality service. The hotel boasts a breathtaking view of Hon Chong Beach, making it a 'million-dollar view.' I highly recommend selecting a room with a beach view. There's nothing more amazing than waking up to the sunrise and a vast ocean panorama.
The Navada Beach Hotel is impeccably maintained and exceptionally clean. I particularly enjoyed the diverse breakfast selections, catering to guests from around the world. The hotel staff is professional, friendly, and hardworking, and the management is exceptionally caring and accommodating, fluent in both English and Vietnamese.

This hotel requires a short drive north from downtown Nha Trang. The city was so busy that the beach seemed to be less crowded, so I deliberately chose to stay here. The balcony room had an ocean view and boasted a fantastic view. The size was just right for two people to stay. The swimming pool is on the top floor and seemed a bit small, but it wasn't a big problem. You have to cross the road to get to the beach, but there were fewer cars coming and going than in the city, so it was easy to cross the road. It doesn't seem to be a private beach, and because it is affiliated with a certain company, you have to pay VND 50,000 per person to use the sunbed for one day. The staff is friendly and the price is reasonable, making it a good value hotel.

My daughter and I spent 2 nights at Navada. The Seaview room was spacious and had a luxury feel. Very comfortable bed and accompanying pillows.
The buffet breakfast was plentiful and catered to all.
Plenty of food and drink places nearby the hotel. It was good to be away from the main city and had a relaxed vibe to it.
The rooftop pool was a nice place to relax and also enjoy great views. The only thing that management need to do is fix the missing tiles in the pool and also give it a good scrub. Missing tiles can be dangerous as the other corners are very sharp. Being tiles, they require constant scrubbing as they become greasy.
I recommend this hotel to all and would stay again.

Visting from Melbourne, Australia. Unfortunately, this is not a great review. We were so excited about this hotel and we were just so disappointed.
The rooftop pool was not clean and it has no supervision from hotel staff, which led to us witnessing some horrible behaviour from other guests. One person was spitting into and beside the pool as well as off the edge of the building.
We were staying on the 21st floor, just below the pool. There was a man smaking in his room with the door open and it was sweeping into our room. This was reported to staff.
Later that night incredibly loud music started coming from the rooftop. So loud that we could not hear the TV. My partner went up to see what was happening. Over 10 Chiense men were having a party with.their own jukebox/Karaoke machine and were urinating in the pool bar and into the pool.
The is a toilet right next to the pool! Fortunatelu, the music did stop at 11pm, but we the had no desire to use the pool! The banana lounges were so filthy and there were no towels available.
The staff were so lovely and horrified about what we told them. The pool area must be fixed and be supervised at all times.
