The location of the hotel itself is not really convenient. First of all, nobody knows it and it is hard to find it in the street. It is located close by the market Cha Dam so be sure to have a lot of people around and a specific smell. Then is it not far from the sea but you have...

It's a very clean, comfortable and classy hotel within budget. Spacious rooms with classy bathrooms. Working air conditioning is a plus! Helpful staff and conveniently located near Ben Tanh market and shopping street as well as halal food. Best hotel in the area and will definitely stay here again

The hotel is very basic. Location is fantastic, just 2 houses away from the local market where you can buy or eat fantastic food. The parallel street is famous for their grilled rolls highly recommended. Just smell your way there. There is a rooftop pool and breakfast buffet is ok. Negatives: rooms are not sound proof, you will hear everything!...

I was assigned to a room facing main road opposite Cho Dam (local market). Quite busy and bustling, hence, the noise. My reservation comes with breakfast. Don't expect much but enough selection (more suited for local pallette). However, I have to give high praise the way and the presentation of the breakfast. Nice decorative and attention to details to make...

We risked booking this hotel even though there were no ratings available at that point of time - a big mistake! When we checked in, the receptionist insisted on only giving us breakfast vouchers for the first morning - we would have to come back the next day to get those for our second morning there. The hotel description said...

No hot water, no restaurant on top floor, pool much smaller than expected and unavailable after 6pm, lift very noisy. We were on sixth floor and could hear all comings and goings from one of the two lifts. Breakfast available in restaurant next door... if your lucky??? enough to get your coupon, but really better off going elsewhere, staff uninterested,...

Set your epectations low and you'll be fine. The photo's are misleading (like many other 3 star vietnamese hotels) - it's not free standing - more like squashed between other old buildings and on a noisy street (again, like most 3 star hotels). Room was , bathroom was missing some basics like soap and toilet paper and there was a...

This hotel was in a good location near the markets and had plenty of eating areas close by. The receptionist went out of her way to help and spoke good english. The rooms were a good size. Shower door in our room needed repairing but otherwise bathroom good. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choices including egg station where...

We booked this room on line and we were forced to go thru Agonda. Agoda charged my Visa before we even stayed in the hotel. Do to an illness we were unable to get to the reservation so we tried to cancel it. Apparently you need 7 days to cancel. When traveling many thing can happen. Long story short they...

“Make sure you know exactly what room you booked as we have found that hotels here will often try to put you in a lower spec room than you booked and hope you don't notice - especially for customers who book on the internet and paid lower prices than walk in customers, Don't be afraid to be as stubborn as they are - stand your ground at reception and they will eventually honour your booking, if grudgingly.”
