I went there on Tet holiday, were given a warm welcome staff. They are willling to help you out if you need. The hotel faces the ocean ,so probably you can have a seaview room even it is a standroom.Especially, it has a swimming pool located on 4th floor which you can see the blue sea.This location also has a shallow beach with only walking across the street, sand is white and smooth. I found out some local street food around that area too which is cheap and tasty. The most important thing is PRICE, that is affordable for a 5 star hotel in Nha Trang. I would recommed this hotel for my friends.

The Nha Trang navigator is a hotel far from the all the hussle. You cannot access the beach directly from the hotel, but if you walk 500 mts either way you will find a good spot.
The infinity pool on the 4th floor is a major attraction. The pool service is somewhat slow, but the food is delicious and the staff are very kind.
The spa is a very good experience. The massage is very relaxing.
The restaurant on the first floor has got a very good set menu, where you can appreciate a variety of Vietnamese dishes.
The breakfast is superb.
The bar on the 36th floor has got a splendid view of the whole bay.
It is a good option for families. You need to take special attention when you are booking family rooms for more than 3 persons. They do not have many rooms for more than 3 persons available.

First of all, this hotel was not as noisy as other downtown hotels. Although I have to take a taxi to get to the main street, I think it's much better than the center, which is so busy that it's hard to walk when the sun falls. It is much better than other hotels in terms of facilities including a room with a fine view without the bar blocking the beach and a swimming pool with a wide horizon. Above all, I'm especially happy that all of the staff are humble and kind. We arrived too early for check-in time, we decided to leave our luggage at the reception desk and go out (because Early Chankin was too expensive than I thought). Then when we come back they had upgraded our room and waited for us two hours before the original check-in time.
I really hope to stay at this hotel again.
일단 번화가 호텔들에 비해 시끄럽지 않습니다. 전망 좋은 객실과 수평선이 넓게 보이는 수영장을 포함 해 시설면에서도 다른 호텔들에 비해서 훨씬 좋구여. 센터로 가려면 택시를 타야하지만 밤에는 걸어다니기도 힘든 중심지보다는 나은것 같아요. 특히 무엇보다 일하시는 스탭들 모두가 겸손하고 친절해서 좋습니다. 첫날 너무 일찍 도착해서 얼리 체크인을 알아보니 너무 비싸서 그냥 짐만 맞기고 나갔다왔는데 리셉션 직원분들이 두시간 전부터 방 업그레이드해서 기다리고 계시더라구요.
암튼 나트랑에 간다면 꼭 다시 찾고 싶은 호텔입니다.

The hotel is pretty new and modern. We definitely love the ocean view, smart design to get all great views from the rooms, pool, dinning rooms, etc. There are a few beaches about 8-10 min walk. I do recommend just go a bit further toward the center for nicer beaches though, about 6-8 min drive. Friendly, helpful, and profesional staff is a plus. Our family went there in the early of March, but a lot of other members couldn't make it due to the coronavirus. Fortunately, the hotel was very flexible by letting us reschedule the arrival dates. Special thanks to Mr. Dai, Front Office Manager, he went out of his way to help us rearrange the arrival dates several times. We really appreciate it and will come back.

The property and the rooms are so amazing, it will be worth every penny. Except that, the staff specially Jessica, Tuyen and Trinh helped me so much during my stay and made more amazing than I had imagined. They helped me get a scooter on rent, gave me good suggestions about the places I should go and even cared for my health. I was so amazed by the service and hospitality I received. Many thanks for accommodating me. Advice: I would totally recommend this hotel if you are going to visit Nha Trang.

The highlight of this stay was definitely the comfortable bed. Not too soft but soft enough for staying in for way too long.
The view of the sea was great, maybe a little too close to see much else. We got some great photos of the street and beach but had to get close to the window for it.
Outside of the room the lobby music was a bit loud. The guests on our floor were very noisy. Not sure if the door was thin or the noise loud.
The staff were friendly, attentive and always at hand. We booked a motorbike through the hotel and a friendly Russian guy who liked to tell us he had a Vietnamese wife. Everything went smoothly without any fuss.
The breakfast selection was good. A mix of western and Vietnamese. Lots of fruit and different drinks.
The location is great for relaxing and visiting some of the sights that are away from the town. The beach nearby is ok, not as good as the beach in the town. (Even that beach isn't great. The sand is a bit sharp)
The refrigerator wasn't cold enough but it kept the drink from being hot. I think the airconditioning unit would have done a better job of keeping the drinks cool.
The room itself was spacious and spotless. Comfortable sofa and large enough desk for doing some work. If staying on that side of the city, we would definitely go back to Nha Trang Horizon Hotel.

-New hotel -Room condition clean -Staff are kind helpful
We stayed at 26th floor ocean view. Sunrise was beautiful. Swimming pool on 4th floor was nice.
You can't avoid the tourist group in Nha trang but mostly they are busy outside during the day so you dont really see them except at the breakfast. Hotel was quite quiet. We went to breakfast around 9am but seem they already left for outside activities.
Hotel is located 5km from the city center and cost around 86000 vnd by grab. We will come back since its quieter than the busy area, the price is reasonable and newer than the city center hotels.
가성비 좋습니다 중심에서 5km 정도 되는데 편도 그랩$4~5정도 나옵니다 중심보다 조용하고 호텔도 새로 지어져서 깨끗하고 오션비 26층에 지냈는데 전망도 좋습니다 수영장도 낮에는 관광객 투어하러 나가서 조용하고 좋네요
중심가 다른 호텔도 있어 보았는데 다시 가려니까 낡은 곳도 있어서 다시 오더라도 이 호텔로 예약해서 올 것 같네요

If you’re looking for a cheap 5 star hotel, this is the place. I paid 50 dollarsCND a night for a breath taking 25th floor ocean view. The pool was absolutely amazing. I went during February so it was quite less busy

Welcoming and helpful staffs. Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful ocean view! We loved the swimming pool and bar, especially watching the sun rise on the beach while sipping the cocktails.
