This was my first visit to Emerald Bay Hotel and I have to say was so impressed with the hotel and all of the amenities here that I enjoyed
The hotel is immaculately clean and very professional and polite persons in all departments.
Ms Van the front office manager was so helpful and gracious and I greatly appreciate her kindness.
My room was beautiful and very comfortable the hotel has all of the trademarks of a 5 Star Property. Bedding was excellent and very comfortable at the hotel. The bath had both a full shower and a separate bathtub.
Tv had cable and movie channels plus you Tube so choices for everyone . Large flat screen updated TV.
Lastly the breakfast buffet is excellent and was included in my room rate. So many choices for all to choose from. The rates are excellent for the quality of the property including the buffet breakfast.
That’s it. Will enclose photos and I highly recommend this property. Also has privat beach seating with umbrella area which is an added ++.

We rested with our family in this hotel; for three adults (child and adult) the room was cramped. The room was booked in advance, when checking in there was nothing for a third person, not even an extra bed. They are very picky about any stain on the bed or towel, they immediately bill you for damage, without even trying to wash it, they offer to wash it yourself. And when we checked out the room, they presented us with a bill for the slates (which we didn’t even use), allegedly we replaced them, and demanded money for them. Be careful, record everything immediately and show everything at the reception. There were days when there were so many people at the restaurant for breakfast that it was impossible to approach the food. During breakfast, from 6.00 to 10.00, the elevators could not cope with the load; we had to wait for them for 10-15 minutes. Poor sound insulation. The first room had almost no sea view and had terribly dirty windows. At our repeated requests, on the third day we were upgraded to a room with a better view and clean windows. The only plus is that there are sun loungers from the hotel on the beach and they can be used as early as 7.00 am

While travelling from Ho Chi Minh City to Hoi An, we stopped for 2 nights in Nha Trang and decided to stay in this hotel. Due to an early bus arrival meant we arrived at the hotel at 4am and had to pay an extra night fee - understandable but a little annoying. The breakfast left a lot to be desired with limited options at the buffet. However, we picked this hotel for the beach and that did not disappoint. The private beach was excellent - it gave easy access to the sea while someone watched over your items. For the price we paid, this was cheaper than visiting a beach club for a couple of days.

Relaxed a week ago at this hotel. I'd give you a 3. The service is very limp. Very noisy staff. When the cleaning started on the floor, it was simply impossible to sleep, the maids were talking very noisily, the radio was always on at full volume. Asked to turn it down, they said OK, and did nothing. Breakfast is aimed at guests from China. It was really hard for us to find something for ourselves, the kids ate cereal for 12 days and we had omelets. On the plus side, the fruit was good. The room itself is very small, there is no drying for laundry, laundry was hung wherever possible. The bed linen was only changed after we asked, once all the time. The elevators are crowded, there's just a huge number of guests on weekends, everyone's crowded, pushing. Beach. Dirty, garbage on the shore is just a huge pile all along the shore. There are only 16 beds on such a huge hotel, 8 umbrellas! After we learned that even this number of sunbeds is not only designed for our hotel, but also for 2 others. We were a company of 7 people taking 1 sunbed (if we were lucky enough to take it) Just to at least give the kids a place to sit. In general, I wouldn't come to this hotel a second time.

A very clean and quiet hotel located back from the main road, although only 1 minute from the hotel’s private beach.
Reception staff and porter were very knowledgable and helpful. Housekeeping was very good.
A large choice for breakfast - although predominantly for Asians and food (and even coffee) only just luke warm / often cold; food needs to be HOT. Recommend heating food correctly and turning down AC - ambient temperature of the restaurant is too cold.
Fresh eggs can be cooked, toast, bacon, cornflakes etc for western tastes.
I would stay at the hotel again - for sure!

Stayed here with my partner on our first visit to Nha Trang. Hotel location and facilities are amazing, not in the centre of Nha Trang but well within walking distance. The staff are AMAZING. Special mention goes out to Ms Cloud, Ms Jenny and Mr Sun - they made our stay espacially comfortable with their willingness to assist us. There are also a multitude of small restos and businesses surrounding the hotel which have exceeded our expectations.
