Words cannot explain how much I enjoyed this place. It was like going back in time while still having all the modern comforts. The rooms were immaculate and feel very homey. The location was amazing, right in the center of Nhatrang. The bath rooms were beautiful and relaxing, they also had the ocean view. We could enjoy the taste of sea everytime and everywhere in our room. Our room number was 2210, really liked this one and we will come back for sure!

Bellman is nice and friendly, room is ok, view is not really Repeated that Receptionist need to know First come First served. It made whole stay affected. Need to be trained in proper way for Passports required keet at their Front Desk? Communication also need to be improved even I gave Credit card for guarantee, she only charge child breakfast and continue processing for another man interrupt my check in and asked I and my family to wait. Totally unacceptable

My wife and I stayed here four nights. The room was of a good size with a comfortable bed and fast wifi. The bath room had a nice bath tub and the hot water worked well. The balcony was facing the sea and we enjoyed the sun rise every day. We were on the 22nd floor and the views were stupendous. Having beers in the evening watching the world go by was priceless. There is a bit of traffic noise but not too bad. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Good variety of local and Western fare. Go early to avoid the crowds as it gets very noisy when the tour groups come in. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very impressive considering the rather large number of tour groups they have to attend to. The hotel has a rather strange requirement. They keep your passport upon check in and return it on check out. We needed the passports to rent a motorcycle so had to deposit one million dong to get our passports back. I'm guessing they must have had bad guests who leave without settling their bills. Unfortunately the staff couldn't really explain the situation clearly. The beach is just opposite the hotel and lots of cafes, restaurants and classy pubs within 10 minutes walk. There is a mini-mart next door on the right and a slightly bigger one a little further on the left. Overall we had a lovely time and would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Nha Trang.…

I went here with my wife, and 2 friends, we had 2 rooms, and both were clean, comfortable, and we had a great view. The hotel is right on the beach, and it has a nice pool, small gym, PLUS! a sauna, and steam room. The best isn't even mentioned yet, their service, OMG their service! Everyone, the guard that opens your car door, to the bartender, everyone has the focus on you. We will absolutely come back here, also ignore the ignorant American complaining about the sanitizer, the hotel was well equipped, plus if you travel during Corona time, that is simply a risk you are taking, especially at these rates. Do not blame a hotel on your own stupidity. We will see you again, thank you all so much for the really nice stay.

They do but as like all the other hotels, it's quite pricey. I would recommend you use "grab" or ask around the airport, pretty sure they will be a lot cheaper than the hotel service.
