The hotel is located at the beach with just a road separating it. They have free beach chairs and umbrellas and use of hotel towels. Lifeguards are on duty however the red flag was flying when we were there. The hotel is clean and bright and a great location. The busy noisy area is just a short taxi ride away. The hotel staff were cheerful, polite and very helpful, especially reception. Special thanks to Duy, Dat and Uyen. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the bed’s lovely and comfortable.

Stayed 4 nites at Diamond Bay Hotel Nha Trang and got upgraded to a suite with awesome view of the ocean. The hotel is linked to Nha Trang Center, modern, clean with good breakfast spread. Nha Trang is a mini Danang with all the glitz and conveniences of city life like top hotels and restaurants. Guest relations manager Phi and Receptionist Uyen went out of their way to make my stay memorable, very professional and efficient. Thank you both!

As always the stay at this place was great. ESPECIALLY I WANT TO SHARE THE EXPERIENCE OF SHOPPING AT THE DUBAI FASHION STORE next to the reception. Met the owner Sujat who has kept many attractive dresses and accessories. It has a Ethnic and modern flavour to it. Owner explained and showed his wonderful collections here. I loved it and bought quite a few for someone. Experience of shopping was at a different level. Hard to find this kind of shop in Vietnam. Truly Great. Prices start at 500,000VND and go up to 10000,000VND. But the collection is out of this world and very unique. All visitors and tourists should surely visit here.

large hotel and grounds including pools and gardens, really nice bungalows, though the manmade small beaches were a let down, especially at low tide when standing in silt. only 2 restaurants were open with same ish menu. 39 mins from town, with limited shuttles but can get grab or private taxi easily. on a positve very friendly staff and great spa.

Despite a couple of bad reviews, we, a family with a toddler, decided to stay in this resort. We do not regret it, in fact we were super happy with it and wished we could have stayed longer – but in the week we needed to be in the city. We may have been lucky with our ocean view villa (recommended), but also on the other points I would like to stress: the staff was very nice. This was the case in all 3 restaurants, albeit I would like to specifically call out the ladies in the middle one. We felt very welcome, and this is part of it all. The resort has 2 private beaches, both of which are being cleaned daily. I would recommend to check out the one right of the reception for swimming. The second beach has numerous spots for nice photo shootings and sun loungers to relax on nice white sand. The food menu is not the largest and I can imagine it to get boring after a couple of days, but for 3 days it was fine and the quality good. You should b aware that it takes about 15-20 minutes to Nha Trang center. It is far out, and this is why it is really calm. – Unless you have a room directly towards the street, maybe. Also the pool is really really large. I think one of the largest around if not the largest and life vests are supplied for no charge. Therefore I cannot really understand the bad reviews. I can imagine that if you come from Europe to Asia the first time directly, then you would feel that way. But tings here are different. Enjoy the positive sides and relax.…

Not worth the money we paid. We were told we had been upgraded but in fact we had been changed to a room at the back of the complex which had 24hrs noise from the road and staff starting maintence work @5am. The A/c in our room would default back to 28C in the middle of the night. The shower was just a shower head over a bath with either scalding or cold water no medium temp( the original room i booked had a walk in shower) The food was poor standard and the restaurant we ate in had approx 3 Vietnamese dishes from a large menu of european food

We have travelled down Vietnam staying in a variety of 1-3 star hotels. We decided this resort would be a nice treat midway through our holiday, we were wrong. This place was no where near the quality I would expect from a 5 star. I have listed examples below; - Bathroom outdated and poor quality - Aircon needs servicing, smells damp - Building works going on around the resort - Cracked tiles round the pool - WiFi really poor, cuts out and slow - TV in room, broken remote, poor signal - Laundry service was very expensive. £40 for what would have been maybe 1 load of washing in a domestic washing machine - when ordering at bar/restaurant staff lacked basic English (I understand we are in Vietnam but the standard of English has been incredible everywhere we have been so far) - Spa service was very expensive and a poor experience (temp building, in room with multiple other people, building work going on, no music etc) The whole experience was also incredibly overpriced in comparison to Vietnam generally. Below are some examples, to try to be as objective as possible about it; Beer Saigon - Hotel 45,000vnd (small) - outside 20-30,000 (large) Pho Bo. - Hotel 140,000vnd - Outside 55,000vnd Fried S/rolls - hotel 130,000 vnd - Outside 25-40,000 vnd 60 min Massage - Hotel 960,000vnd - Outside 550,000vnd Laundry - as mentioned above On average a meal was costing between 800,000 - 1,000,000vnd with 1-2 drinks each. Outside we have not had a meal over 600,000vnd with 2-3 drinks each and I would say the quality was generally better. Overall this was a really disappointing couple of days and we wish we hadn't chosen this resort. If you are looking for a 5star experience this place is not it and I would look elsewhere!…

First of all this is DEFINITELY NOT a 5* hotel/resort. Far from it. From check in, we were told that our room won't be ready for another 3 hours, at 2pm. Not a problem, but the lady at the check-in desk had to be "persuaded" to give us a tag for our luggage in their care. This was in spite of the fact of the baggage being left on the stairs just next to the arriving and departure vehicles. When we got back 3 hours later, the baggage was still left at the stairs, easily picked up by some dishonest departing guest. The guests at this hotel are definitely not 5* , probably from the Russian and China slums. They don't line up for anything, talk and shout on top of their voices. Worst, they use their fingers to pick up food at the breakfast buffet table. More like ZERO * for the majority of the guests. I only had the buffet breakfast, food is barely edible.....made unhygienic by children and other people using their fingers to pick up food. Rooms are adequate, but only if you are living in the Villas, not regular rooms. Those are located right next to the highway that runs from the airport to Nha Trang town. Traffic noise and incessant hooting will drive one crazy. The beach is a joke. It's an ecological disaster. Please look at the construction and slick in the enclosed pics. The stage belts out loud pop music and so much for relaxation on the beach. …

The pool is huge and beautiful, breakfast at a big restaurant with a lot of choice, delicious food. The resort is beautiful with friendly staffs. I stayed in a ocean bungalow, bed is large and comfy soft pillows, there is a nice dish of fresh fruits when we received room, the toilet is big with perfect shower. Awesome stay with reasonable price, i like it and I definitely stay here again and highly recommend for this resort
