Fantastic hotel in beautiful greenery. A little far from the city centre but it is very peaceful. The staff were all lovely and helpful and the massages were amazing. Great value for a luxury hotel. Would definitely go back again. Would highly recommend.
My adult daughter and I spent the past 24 hours at the Pilgrimage Village Resort, and our entire experience was absolutely wonderful. We arrived several hours before the designated check-in time but were warmly welcomed. While our room was being prepared, we had a delicious lunch and took advantage of the free massage (which we paid to extend to an hour). Our massages were incredible, and then were were encouraged to spend as much time as we wanted enjoying the sauna, steam bath, and hot and cold Jacuzzis. We were then guided to our room and found it to be very clean, spacious and comfortable. The grounds are also very clean and neat, and every member of the staff we encountered was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. This morning I used one of the resort's well-maintained bicycles to ride through the countryside while my daughter joined a yoga class. We were then amazed by the delicious and extensive breakfast buffet. While the resort is a short, inexpensive car ride from Hue, Grab cars and taxis are readily available. My daughter and I are both very glad that we chose to spend this time at the Pilgrimage Village Resort. We found the service and quality to be exceptional.…
We have just end a day for relaxing in this resort, no more word than fantastic. The green trees and plants around reduce the heat, we love the atmosphere created. Pool is clean, food is absolutely delicious, i found the taste of Hue cuisine 100% here in the breakfast, fresh juice is a plus, hot pot for dinner was also good. Thanks to the team, particularly to Ms. Nhi - Guest relation, she took action after got feedback from us; to Ms. Tú Nhi - trainee at Book lounge, we just passed by there, my son just said to me he felt hot and wanted to turn on the fan, we did not tell anything to her. Just after a minute she brought an electric fan and turned it on for us. Little thing but I was impressed a lot.
We stayed at the Pilgrimage Village for one night only, but felt sorry we couldn't stay any longer. From the arrival until we left the staff was very heartily nd obliging. The hotel and all its facilities are very neat and clean. The rooms - rather little bungalows are wonderful. Also we enjoyed dinner at the restaurant - it's obviously a little more expensive than in town, but absolutely worth it. And so is the breakfast, it exceeded our expectations. There is a little boutique, they have wonderful pieces as well. The hotel is located a bit outside of town, so you will most likely need a taxi to get to the attractions. (we payed like 75 k for one way into town) but the place itself is really worth it. It's quite close to the Duc Tum tomb. All things considered, one of the best hotels on our journey through the country.…
We had a pleasant stay in this hotel, thanks to Vân Quyên. She has been very professional and helpful. The biggest swimming pool is great, though frequently crowded. Good breakfast buffet. You can borrow some bicycles at the hotel , in order to explore the countryside.
We stayed at the Pilgrimage Village at the start of April. We were one of the first tourists back after the borders had reopened. The rooms are beautiful, huge with great attention to detail. I was travelling with my husband and 2 children so we had the family connecting rooms which were lovely and well located between the two restaurants and near the big swimming pool. The weather wasn't very good while we were there so we only used the pool once. They were doing a bit of building work around it, but don't think this would last long. We also used the spa. You get a daily free head massage or foot massage with your room. We exchanged these for a body massage which was lovely and is followed by use of the enormous jacuzzi. We had several meals at the restaurant and the food was some of the best I had in our stay, although hotel prices. There weren't many guests when we were staying there so we had a breakfast buffet twice but a la carte the other day which was either Western or Vietnamese. The staff were really helpful and friendly, especially Quyen. It was my daughter's birthday while we were there and they arranged a cake for her and all sang happy birthday. It is a bit outside Hue town but easy and cheap to get a taxi in, or there is a shuttle bus. …
Amazing place full of nature. A beautiful small village but luxurious. Enormous rooms, with a more than functional bathroom. Just confortable... Very confortable. All facilities and infrastructures were very good quality and functionality. Four swimming pools, spa, gym... Not need to leave the hotel to be happy. To improve: The restaurant. Basic food but expensive.
Our short stay here was truly fantastic. I've had the good fortune to stay at some really great resorts the last few years, and the villa we stayed at in Pilgrimage Village has to be near the top of that list. 10/10 highly recommended!
I had had a lot of unforgettable visits there, but every time I go to the Pilgrimage Village, it always leaves me a memorable impression. Me and my family went there during the tourist season, but still, the services and the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. They quickly solved some problems in our room. The food was delicious and there was nothing to complaining about(except for the lateness of forgetting to bring us the alternative blanket). The lady at the reception table recommended us some nice places to go, and even the room was pretty convenient. The scenery there's great, too. Green bushes and paved paths turned this place into a peace, quite with an ambiguously mysterious charisma. I suggest trying normal family room, because even it's mid-range, the quality was excellent. Thank you for bringing me a nice trip during the Covid-19 pandemic, Pilgrimage Village !…
I stayed at this property for two nights during my recent travels in hue city, and it was fantastic. Upon arrival they upgraded us to a suite which was quite large and spacious. The staff were exceptional in their service . When I stayed, there were not many customers at the hotel as it was during week days but all the facilities were available for the customers, such as swimming pools (3 pools and one of which was heated and was ideal for me as it was raining the whole time I was there ), gym, spa, sauna etc. breakfast was not buffet but the variety was really good and we could order anything from their menu in any quantities without any charge. They even let us check out late with no extra charge. Location is very convenient as it’s closer to many tourists attractions and only a 4km taxi ride to the city. Quiet place and overall a fantastic stay!!!!…
