Beautiful spacious room with a very large double bed & a single bed. The bathroom had a shower, bath tub, basin and WC. Much to my amusement, there were shutters which opened into the bedroom from the bathroom. The hotel is the oldest in Hue, but remains elegant and the courtyard where breakfast is served is a haven of tranquillity...

We stayed two nights at this historic hotel in Hue. It first opened in 1901 and is in French colonial style. It covers an entire block of the city on the riverside opposite the citadel and has a pool and nice large terrace area inside where breakfast is served and where the main bar is. Location is very good as...

This may be my favorite hotel in all my travels. It has very lovely and generous rooms, some with balconies where you can sit and enjoy the view of the bridge. There are two restaurants in the hotel, one in the garden and one indoors. Buffet breakfast is served in the garden on nice days, as well as lunch, dinner,...

Very old colonial feel Hotel with lots of history. The photos around the hotel tell a great story. Our room was big enough for 8 people! Couldn't believe the size. Breakfast was great. Reception staff were lovely but the restaurant staff could have been more helpful.

Located directly at the Parfum River opposite and in walking distance from the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage the Citadel with the Forbidden City. There are also a lot of good restaurants along the river and in the old town nearby (within 5 minutes to walk). The staff is very friendly and professional, the rooms are large and solid furnished. We...

2 nights in a deluxe river view room that never escaped from road noise. Room was huge but smell of stale air con and mould constantly there despite opening windows to let fresh air in. Didn't smell healthy. Expensive compared to areas outside. Laundry double cost of Hanoi Boutique Hotel. Large hotel with long corridors with windows open to let...

Stylish hotel with a 20's flavour, right beside the Perfume River. Our room faced the river with a nice balcony. Hotel is general quite stylish. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent in the courtyard with many eastern/western choices. Omelette chef good! Pool tables, but no chalk.

Good location. Right by one of the main bridges across the Perfume River. A 15-minute walk to the citadel. Private car with driver from the hotel to Danang cost USD 85. This trip will take 2 hours. Efficient and friendly check in. Bright room. Good size. Decent beds and pillows. Good A/C. Shower water not good. Shower water temperature fluctuates...
