The staff at this hotel were so lovely and accommodating. They upgraded our room free of charge and greeted us with some tea. The rooms were extremely clean (actually the cleanest we've seen in Asia so far), spacious room with a massive comfy bed. Would highly recommend staying here if in Hue!

While we were having a coffee outside the train station having just arrived at Hue, a gentleman representing the Binh Duong II Hotel, offered to show us the hotel without any obligation to stay. We loved the location of the hotel, very close to the Imperial City, in a quiet area, the rooms are spacious, with a bar fridge and...

We arrived in Hue on the train and were immediately confronted by someone from Binh Duong II offering us a free ride. We took it seeing as there was no pressure to stay once we arrived. On arrival we went and checked out the rooms. One was quite a bit nicer than the other so although more expensive, we took...

Nothing was a problem, from ordering cups of coffee to our room to helping us understand our Vietnamese SIM card. Our room was clean and spacious and with a balcony. A great place to...

We were met at the station by a very friendly person from the hotel who took us to the hotel without trying to persuade us to anything. We felt welcomed and not overwhelmed, and were pleasantly surprised when we saw the rooms - you really get a lot for your money! We can strongly recommend this very nice hotel in...

Simply confirming the previous reviews: - excellent customer service - commendable hygiene - huge rooms - new and modern furniture & utilities We had an enormous room with a balcony for 350k, which is relatively cheap given the room size and compared to other hotels. Even though it's just a 2-star hotel, it really seems underrated. The bed was super...
