The location was great. The airport is located directly in the city, so a perfect place to stay close to the airport because you have to travel again, but you can easily take a Grab(taxi) into the city to see some of the centres. Don't expect an epic hotel, but a great place for one night. The hotel room had air conditioning and seals so that you could see everything was cleaned. They have tv, a minibar, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and bath gel as well as a sewing kit, comb and toothbrushes. The staff were very friendly and helpful I left very early in the morning and they helped to get me a taxi. Great value for money!
We were arriving in HCMC vey late after a long day travelling so decided to book a night at this hotel before moving on. The hotel is around 800 km from airport, walked it ok despite being 01:00am, taxi wanted $10 ! Booked in efficiently (already emailed to give ETA) room lovely and clean. Only slept there for 6hrs, hot shower and toiletries provided. Breakfast lovely, buffet style, good choices and eggs cooked to order. Only cost £19 for two which included breakfast. Great decision by us !!
I booked this for one night because it is minutes from the airport and I knew I would be exhausted after 24 hour travel day. I contacted the hotel a week or two in advance to arrange a taxi to pick me up. it went flawlessly. I found my name on a sign outside where all the hotel transports meet and I was directed to my taxi and was at the hotel in minutes. it cost $10 for this - I am glad I did so I didn't have to figure anything out. the hotel staff is very helpful and attentive. there are amenities like toothbrushes, sewing kit, shampoo, coffee, water, safe, frig with beer in it, etc. I would recommend based on all of the above.
Positive is room is big and clean. Negative is no hot water. We had to call receptionist two times to fix the hot water. The first time when we checked in at night and needed to use the shower and second time was about to check out and also needed to use the shower ( staff told us to wait 15-20 minutes)... it is unacceptable that whenever you need to shower you have to call staff to fix the hot water ( well, not in my plan to notified people my shower time!!!!) . Initially television was not working but staff fixed it when we notified them. Fortunately we stayed one night only since our flight scheduled the next day. Shuttle is not free for your information ( my mistake I wrongly read shuttle to the airport is for free). Not recommended!
After all, when I booked said it had a shuttle to the AirPort, but hadn’t no one. The room was a very bad smell. Air conditioner doesn’t work well and had very noise. The breakfast is poor. Bad experience! Not recommend at all!!
We wanted a cheap Hotel near the Airport. It served the purpose, and was good to staty at. Walked to the Hotel and Back to the airport in the morning. Breakfast was good, and room was neat and clean .
If you have a lay over in HCM and you want to stay somewhere where you are right in the heart of HCM. That means no English only local street food and NO I mean NO westerners then this place is perfect. Its about 7 mins from the airport a taxi will cost you 100,000 dong which is about $ 5 USD's The rooms are clean and safe the shower is great the bed is comfy and the staff excellent with good English. There is no restaurant at night but plenty of street food but you need to be adventurous its all pointing and pictures no translation. I loved it walked for 45mins did not see another westerner anywhere no that for me is exploring a city.
We just have one night in Ho Chi Minh City before leaving on a Singapore/Malaysia tour so we wanted a hotel near the airport where the tour gathers at 0600 hours. This hotel is not luxurious but it appears to have been recently renovated and has everything you need including air conditioning and free breakfast. If you are looking for inexpensive basic accommodations We recommend this hotel.
We stayed here for 1 night, perfect location, close to airport, nice and clean facilities, simple breakfast, attentive staff. Had a few issues with the swipe card for our room which was attended to by the maintenance guys. Good location as food shops around the corner. Would stay here again if needed to a night.
This is a good place to stay if you have a very early flight or late arrival and just need somewhere to crash for a night. The rooms are large and clean with all the basic amenities. The aircon barely worked, but tolerable since we just stayed for the night. They're located just 5 min. from the airport by car and in walking distance of Parkson Mall. Not many restaurant choices and we ended up grabbing a late bite at the Parkson Mall's food court. The reason for the 3 stars was that I was very unhappy with their lack of service. If they care about their customers at all, they really need to properly train their doormen staff. The hotel's entrance and first floor is not located at ground level and requires several steps to reach. We were offered almost no help bringing luggage in and out of the hotel, despite being a group with several elderly people. The one doorman either just stood off to the side or disappeared completely. Tip: don't use the taxis that loiter in front of the hotel. They will not use the meter and want a flat rate which were at least double what the price should be. We ended up requesting Grab cars, which were readily available and for 1/3 of the price.…
