One of the best hotel in town. Warm and cozy, especially the high standard of hospitality from Front Desk Team. I can highlight some staff's names such as Trang,Uyen,Tuan,Linh and Vi. Definitely come back!!!
I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Des Arts Saigon. Modern hotel, attractive design and room, very clean and comfortable and outstanding breakfast offers. All staff are super friendly and professional. Management is really praised for running this hotel as what 5 stars quality should exemplary mean. I’m loyal Accor diamond member and also enjoy the lounge. Specials thanks to Ms Uyen and Ms Huyen Guest Relation at the lounge; and at Resturant: Ms Trang, Manager; Ms Tram and Ms Uyen, waiters. I’ll definitely return several time to this prestigious hotel. Thanks
Impeccable service, great location, beautiful rooms and rooftop bar and pool. Highly recommend for those wanting to be close to all the action and live in luxury. We were a large group and the hotel catered well for all our needs x the staff went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous.
It is with utmost pleasure to give a five star review to a crew who did everything possible to make this an unforgettable memory. Vy at the Sky Lounge was our primary contact and she went up and above and showed genuine interest in our wellbeing. Together with her team, An, Duyēn, Huyên, Loan and Uyên they made our stay special. To have such a caring employee is something that the hotel management needs to be aware of and we wanted to make sure that she gets the credit she deserves. After all, we stayed during Lunar New Year which is a family holiday. To see that the staff was available at all times, is not something we took for granted. After all a very good stay!
It is a beautiful, unique Boutique style hotel. You really feel like in the modern and high-class Vietnam. Everything is nicely styled . The breakfast is amazing with lot of variety, fresh juices, etc. We also booked the Sky Lounge access with nice drinks and snacks. That was a good experience, but the best was the extraordinary Service and support from VY and her colleagues in the lounge, just for this we would book it again.
Lives up to its reputation as a well run 5 star boutique hotel. We enjoyed the design including the art collection on the walls, great food and charming , helpful staff. A night in the roof top bar a must to soak up the atmosphere of the crazy scooter mad streets below
We stayed over Christmas and booked 2 executive suites for ourselves and young adult children. The rooms were very well appointed, very much as shown on the website and the seating area was great for hanging out on Christmas morning. the only problem was that the executive suites do not come with twin beds, which we didn't know. The hotel were able to rectify it to a certain extent by putting an extra bed in the kids room (22 & 18 boy and girl) but that obviously impacted the luxury factor of the spacious suite. Breakfast at the The Saigon Kitchen is very good with a wide range of European and asian dishes. This restaurant is only open at the weekend so we didn't get to try it for dinner. The Social Club restaurant is very good for dinner, excellent steak. Be warned, the roof top bar is very much a club scene, this may have been exacerbated because it was Christmas but there is nowhere to really have a quite drink - the ground floor bar is more afternoon tea style and the roof top is thumping.…
I visit this hotel and the Social Club Restaurant almost everytime I return to Vietnam, primarily for business. This is a well designed hotel, beautifully presented. However the service is appalling for a boutique 5 star hotel and is getting worse. Staff at the Restaurant could not care to top up your drinks, so are those at the counter/ cash register. The front office staff never respond to your emails requesting for a tax invoice. Probably never visit again.
This is an elegant hotel with a great rooftop bar and pool. Rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need (no bath though in basic room). It's nicely located and the staff are very helpful. Breakfast is an elaborate affair with an extensive buffet. Our experience was that the international and French items were very good but the local offerings (pho, bahn-mi) were a little disappointing. Only stayed one night but will go back.
This was our third time in Saigon but our first stay in this hotel. The hotel was clean, tidy and staff friendly and helpful. Our room was a decent size for a D1 hotel. It was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. There was some noise from outside, but it didn’t stop us sleeping. The hotel is in a good location for tourists wanting to visit many of the main tourist attractions in Saigon. Roof top bar and pool has great views. We didn’t use the pool as there wasn’t many loungers and the pool was a little murky looking. We didn’t eat in the hotel but had decent cà phê sữa dá (iced coffee) from Guta around the corner, which was always busy, the small French pâtisserie a few doors was nice too but the best breakfast was from the egg bánh mì stall just between the hotel and pâtisserie.…
