Stayed here for a week with my family. Service and attention to detail were flawless and made our stay special. Some great staff include Duong, Ngan, Thao at reception, Quang and Nghia Airport rep, Binh driver and many more. Do ask for a quiet room as the square nearby can be lively especially at weekends. Overall though, a first rate hotel, experience and deserving of '6 star status'. Thanks to all the kind and hospitable staff.
I don't know if it is the land or the people of Vietnam. There is something magical about this place. Unbelievable experience. The best service I have ever experienced, even better than hotels such as the Four Seasons etc. The breakfast is the best breakfast I have ever been served in my opinion. The grand nature of the decor is overwhelming at first, but the opulence really wins you over by the end of your stay. I now have no doubts why this hotels is considered one of The Leading Hotels Of The World. The service at the Cafe Cardinal, where the breakfast is served was magnificent. The chef, Paul Pettini and his team of servers : Ngan Au, Ngoc Man, Mong Cuyen, Duong, Nghi Lung, Phuoc Khoa, Mr Thanh, and Dang Khoa and the room service team consisting of Phi Le, Hoang, Hieu was also fantastic. The guest services' Lam was very hospitable and did a great job. The front office was so, so courteous and even made a handwritten list of all the best places to see and eat at in Saigon. They were brilliant and the team consisted of: Duong Nguyen, Thao Nguyen, Ngan Nguyen, and Tuan Luong. They were absolutely amazing and exemplified the great service of the hotel. Surely will come back real soon!!…
The Reverie exudes luxury, albeit to the point of being gaudy. I loved all the colors and high end touches throughout but it was almost to much. There is so much “crap” in the room that you just had to move it to get it out of your way. The staff was the highlight here. We wanted for nothing. From check-in and beyond our every need was attended to. Comfortable beds with a PILLOW MENU as well. Would I stay again? Probably not. Why? Too over the top for me. Was the service great? Amongst the best.
The Reverie Saigon Review Location: Great, middle of the action. Staff: From the concierge on the ground floor, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage staff are unquestionably professional, courteous and very helpful. Luxurious, stylish, yes. Needs improvement: Too much fixtures that are more of a nuisance than decorative. Hot water for the his and hers basin takes 15 minutes to heat up and splashes all over the places. Value for money: too exorbitant just for the luxurious experience, which explains why occupancy is probably less than 20% I presume. However, the hotel should be embarrassed on how your Front Desk treat guests. We have stayed in several Hotels and Resort around the world for a week accommodation in Suites in Shangri La. But never have we been treated so untrustworthy. For what? A mere US$ 700 incidentals on our 4th night here, when room was paid upfront in full for US$ 2,086.96. Worst! Your front desk does not give a solution, just demands in a demeaning way. We are business people who were thinking of investing in Vietnam. Makes me think twice now if we should. Reception are all over you like a rash when you come and not even help you with bags as you come out…
Certainly the best hotel in Saì Gòn. The staff is extremly friendly and highly efficient. This is true for all of them (concierges, receptionists, restaurant staff, room sevice (nguoi phuc vu for making up th room)) etc). Informations given by the concierges are very reliable. It took about 5 minutes when I asked for laundry sevice to pick up the laundry in my room. Luxury products in th bathroom ( Chopard, Hermès).
Had a wonderful experience their service was great. Went there with my wife to stay in the city had the Riverview room . rooms are clean well-kept. Breakfast was wonderful service was 😊 great. If you do need to change your currency they do change most currency to Vietnamese dong.
Absolutely over the top opulence with the service to match. But your definitely paying for the experience. We saw this hotel last time we were in Saigon and wanted to try it out. Well worth the 3 nights for the experience. Think Versace on acid when channelling Versailles. It’s the antithesis of the Park Hyatt.
This indeed is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed. The lobby, Corridors, Elevator areas, Dining rooms are all very pretty. Exotic stones are used throughout. Rooms are well spaced and have beautiful view of the river. Restaurants serve excellent food. What more can you ask. Friendly staff. Will return here definitely.
I am very satisfied with the services provided by the hotel. Very nice room, luxurious interior, great view and close to the city center. the staff is friendly and very professional, the food at the restaurant is very good, the guests are delicious I will definitely come back in the future
