We chose based on recommendations and they were accurate. This is a great value hotel. Jemy and Johnny were very helpful and excellent customer service, especially Jemy as she was there a lot. Great also to have 24hr reception. It is in the perfect location within District 1. Well placed between post office / Notre Dame cathedral in one direction, Bui Vien Walking Street / Ben Thanh Market in another, then Museums / Reunification Palace in yet another. 10-15min walking each way for any. It’s a good thing as the hop-on, hop-off bus is a waste of time (see reviews) and visits these places and not too much more of interest anyway. Save your money and take a taxi or 3. The best spots are in a relatively small area anyway. The western breakfast could have been better, but the noodles for breakfast were excellent and there are eggs, etc on the hot menu. The breakfast is served in the coffee shop / cake connected to the hotel, so pay a little extra for the barista coffee. The room, bed, bathroom, shower, etc all very good. School next door was cute to watch. Book this one!!!…

I got a nice large suite with kitchenet / bar, but no microwave provided and other dishes to use this kitchenet. The staffing at reception is nice, but the waiter are not well train. The breakfast is below average. The coffee is disgusting (surprising for a country where local love dirking good coffee). No room service / diner is available?

Great staff at the hotel. They are very helpful and polite and always greet you when you arrive and leave the hotel. The hotel is situated at an excellent location in District 1, within walking distance from many tourist spots such as Phạm Ngũ Lão Street, Ben Thanh Market and Saigon Centre. The buffet breakfast was good. However, the al la carte menu was great. The local dishes were cooked to order and amazing, The room was neat and tidy, a spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchenette. However, as with other places, they are still recovering from the effects of the down turn in COVID. There are also a couple of local supermarkets around the corner, and many cafes and little food places to eat at.

The hotel is situated at an excellent location, of walking distance from many tourist spots such as Phạm Ngũ Lão Street, Ben Thanh Market and Saigon Centre. The Luxury Suite is spacious and clean. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The food provided in the buffet breakfast included was not of great variety but I think the made-on-order menu serving local specialty is a plus. If I would ever visit the city again, the hotel is definitely in my priority list of accommodation.

Great friendly staff from the front office (David, Jenny, JoJo and Jin) to bell boy (Johnny). Everyone are so friendly and treated my like friend. The rooms are spacious with separate living/bedrooms. The room also has a small counter space/sink, which is nice to have. The buffet breakfast is not as grand as some other hotels but it makes up for the quality. All hot items are to order from the menu (included) and made-to-order. There is a nice coffee shop at the entrance to hangouts or reserve a private room for a meeting. The location is convenient as it's located in the Ben Thanh Market area, just walks away.

This condo is very beautiful and location very nice. Rooms very big and have good views. Hotel sales manager David is very nice person and give me early check in and also upgrade my room for free. Very good breakfast too. I will come again in this apartment.

I love Homestead, this is my second time checking in with family/friends. The room is very spacious, the breakfast is generous and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would like to comment Mr. Johnny, he is very kind and always there to help us if we’re in need. He’s the epitome of a great customer service. Johnny is definitely a gem. The location is superb, near to much see places like Independence Palace & Ben Thanh Market. Love it here, i will come back.

What a great find. Absolutely huge room with everything you need. Very comfy bed. Breakfast was good, maybe a little slow to replenish bread. Staff very friendly, special shoutout to Johny and Jenny who helped us many times, especially a hospital for a minor emergency. Would stay here again.

We spent four nights in this hotel and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very well located. The room was big, confortable and quiet. The staff was lovely and very helpful (thank you Jonny!). The breakfast buffet was a bit too "Asian" for us but you can order everything you want from the à la carte menu, which made the breakfast very nice in the end.
