Cleaness was up to expectation for a budget hotel. Big room, poor wifi signal, cleaness acceptable. Staff were very friendly with great smile. Breakfast so so with everyday the same variety. Small swimming pool on the roof top. The restaurant at the roof top cook good foods. Walking distance to convenient store and shops.

My family and I came to this hotel to spend the last four nights of our trip in Vietnam. Huge let down. They wanted us to pay up front so now we can't go anywhere else. They have false advertising on their brochure saying they had facilities such as a gymnasium and a mini gold course. Which they have neither...

This is a no nonsense good priced hotel, the staff were really friendly and helpful, the room clean. The pool could do with a clean and the restaurant was unappealing so didn't partake in those! I was a little wary as the reviews weren't good and the folder in the room has a full list of what they will charge...

okay, but not exceptional for the price. Staff were very good to us. The first room we stayed in smelt of damp, but we think it was being refurbished. The second room was much better. Breakfast was okay. I stuck to the omelets and eggs.

We were told to hand over our passports for their safekeeping. We did not think much as we had read positive reviews about the hotel. On the second day, my aunt was just about to step into the bathroom when the glass cover broke. Luckily she managed to avoid the sharp fragments and she reported the incident to the hotel...

Good price and has a pool. We had the room with a balcony. The size of the room was great quite large the only thing was the bed was so uncomfortable. Springs would dig into your back. Breakfast was alright nothing to get excited about. The staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to get to the market from here takes...

In the lobby the hotel looks nice and the staff was friendly, but the room was completely molded and we had to let the aircon on all the time to get the dangerous air cleared. The breakfast wasn't very good and vararity low. Only 1 kind of fruit (watermelon) and no cereals (except cornflakes) or yoghourt. Coffee not so good...

After six weeks travelling around Vietnam and Cambodia with low budget, we wanted a little bit better hotel. Sabah saigon was very good choice. The room was pretty and comfy. It had ac, tv and fridge. Bathroom was very nice. We had one problem with shower but the maintenance fixed it right away. Our room was quiet and bed was...
