Chand is a very gracious host, and made our stay in Saigon one to remember. Fairly new, clean, simple rooms. No elevator, so be prepared for some cardio if you're staying on one of the upper floors. The Bich Duyen is located on a quiet lane, the church bells will wake you early if you are staying in one of...

Spent two nights in this hotel which had everything we needed. Rooms are sized well, matress a little hard but the A/C works!! Staff are really friendly, helpful and their english skills are sufficient. Breakfast was great, eggs anyway with a nice baguette with some fruit. Hotel is located in a nice alleyway, which makes it quite from the busy...

We stayed three times in this hotel during our 3 week vacation in Vietnam. It is a nice little hotel. The rooms are very basic and the beds have very hard matresses which takes a little time to get used to. It is very clean there. The price is very low and we were only there to sleep and shower....

The hotel is a real gem. At first, the alley and the location don't inspire a lot of confidence but the hotel itself is really really nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a room on the fourth floor, it was quiet and comfortable. Stayed there just one night but was very comfortable.

I had a great few days staying here. The place is spotless, possibly the cleanest place I have ever stayed in! It's a budget hotel, so basic in it's set up, but perfect in you want a quiet hotel but still right in the think of things. The manager is a real asset to the hotel - but to be...

We recently stayed at the hotel and it was as good as the other reviewers have said. Chan was sensational and there is nothing he can't or wont do to help. The other staff were also very friendly and helpful and always greeted you with a smile. The room was clean and tidy, the bed comfortable and the location exactly...

We stayed here twelve months ago so had no hesitation in choosing this hotel again. It is great value for money but what really makes it special is the fantastic customer service provided by Chanh the manager (the person who does everything!). The hotel is located in a quiet alleyway off Pham Ngu Lao street in the central backpacker area...

Our review would read much like the others - Chanh is a friendly and helpful chap, makes exploring Saigon easy and even met us on arrival by bus from Cambodia. That's what makes this hotel stand out. So if you're the type of traveller who values a place which has: - staff with good local knowledge; - helpful and willing...

Rooms are basic but super clean. Breakfast is also basic but more than adequate. Hotel has a great list of the normal tours, all of which pick up visitors right at the hotel. The prices for these tours are great. The staff is what makes this hotel fantastic. No request is too small or too large. We gave them our...
