The hotel on agoda looks good, clean and fresh. The reality is far from it. I'm going to try and focus on the positives - the extra features of the room include a lovely water feature coming from the aircon unit, the bed comes with old toe nail clippings and dirty uses plasters. The fan comes with a extraordinary noise...

Just a kitty-corner from the Chaos of the every-partying Pahm Ngu Lao. And well within striking distance from other sights. The staff is friendly, polite...

Dirty place - dirty dirty dirty. We had cockroaches on the wall, and it smelled horrible. Also, my sheets were not too clean.... Budget hotel not worth the money. Most hostels in Saigon are much cleaner. I am giving this 2 out of 5 instead of 1 out of 5 because the front desk lady was very nice.

Been here at the noon time. Room was really and friendly welcome staff. Room was medium but fit enough space for sleep, bath tub, sitting, hanging. I didn't have breakfast here so don't know what to say. Very good location, nearby some good restaurant. I will come back.
