Such wonderful and helpful staff especially the lady at reception who helped us so much with our departure using Grab Cars, excellent breakfast, a bit of street noise until 10pm. Good food court directly opposite hotel across road.

Had 2 bookings in 1 month and was advised that my return from Hanoi the Hotel would close during my prior booked accom through Agoda. Like on my Birthday so I had to cancel for free and move. Bad security because a side lift faces a street and the security guard sleep a lot and

Picture is deceiving, old hotel in the center, noisy outside of the hotel because its a lot of restaurant bar beside the street of the hotel. The food is not good as limited choices though it is value for money. The elevator is too small that can accommodate only 4 person and if

Do they offer day-use rooms? We have a 15hr layover (arrive 6:20am, leave 9pm)
During our stay, there was an Australian couple who were there as Day-Guests, they arrived along us at around 7-8 in morning. They had a plane to Hanoi at 20:30 and they checked out in evening. So I believe it is possible to get a room for day-use, but don't expect any discounts on the tariff.

Are the attractions, Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, Post office etc, walkable from this hotel?
They are close to hotel... however it’s better to go by uber car or uber motorbike... which is very cheap and saving time! Also there are so many travel agencies, where city tour cheap is very low!

Hi Ricloh, Yes the hotel does provide transport/transfer to and from the airport at a cost of $20USD each way. This is roughly 450,000VND or $30AUD. I would not rely solely on Internet contact. Give them a call (they speak English, just speak slowly) to ensure an airport transfer is arranged properly. Catching a cab located immediately outside the entry doors of the airport would cost only 150000VND or $9AUD or $6.50USD. I would recommend this option instead. This way is one third the price for the exact same service. All the hotel does is use a dedicated taxi service that specialises in airport transfer. Same same You'll hear horror stories of cabbies ripping people off but I used taxis over 50 times in my 12 day stay and wasn't ripped off once. Stick to VINASUN or MAILINH taxi companies and you'll be fine. Hope this helps

"Don't opt for rooms in 9th floor, rooms in the far corner have great view"
"Choose room back from main street"
"Avoid the Executive Park rooms - They are noisy!, In fact avoid this hotel altogether! Better options for less money available elsewhere."
