The rooms were well designed and comfortable. Fit and finishings superb. That said the level is on par or even better than some of the more expensive rooms in the city. Close to Ben Thanh market, easy to get taxi, the staff will help you out. Great cafe just around the corner. The chinese noodle shop beside the cafe is...

Excellent location in the city centre, 5 mins walk from market & all the main attractions. Room comfortable, & reasonable size for a city centre hotel. Staff are good but as per many other reviews the front door man is an absolute gent & extremely helpful I'd recommend this hotel & would definitely use again

Good location hotel, right in the City Centre with shops, restaurants and tour operators nearby. It was pretty nice throughout, very modern. Breakfast poor and the rooms were small. Not very clean either and there was a leak directly outside our room which needed attention.

A repeated stay in a different room category, Deluxe Twin room. Rooms are clean as per photos but the aircon gonna need some maintenance. Wifi is not working at my floor. We had change of towels at no additional charges. Good breakfast spread and the location is centralized in D1. The staffs are super friendly and would definitely stay here...

The hotel is located in District 1, within walking distance to Ben Thanh Market and near to eateries. Nothing fantastic about the hotel other than the location. But I like the fact that they keep a transformer in the each room, so it's easy for foreign visitors, without needing to ask for one at the front desk. Room is small...

The location is very good, only a few minutes walk to Ban Thanh market. It is good for value hunting travelers, with great breakfast buffet, which includes Vietnamese and western dishes. The staff are friendly, room is very clean. The only problem is the attach toilet is enclosed by glass panel, and the curtain is installed on the outer side...

We have stayed here a couple of times and for a Vietnamese hotel, this was decent. The staff are polite and helpful and the wifi is good. The breakfast is ok. The rooms are tidy but has tiny insects around the shower/toilet and sink. We had no window but can still hear the traffic and there was some construction work...

Great location! Right next to the street food market and overpriced souvenir market. However, the walls are thin! You can hear your neighbor cough or their screaming child or the constant traffic noise. This hotel is reasonably priced and breakfast was pretty decent. Hot water is intermittent. Overall not too shabby.

What made our visit to the Luxe wonderful, was the ever smiling "doorman". He was so obliging, friendly and helpful. He set a high standard of service and sets the Luxe apart from other hotels. An absolute asset to the Luxe.
