We had booked in for three nights and stayed one night. We locked the door overnight for security on the 1st night. When we woke in the morning, we couldn't open the door. We struggled for 15min turning the key and lock in different ways but couldn't open it. Starting to panic, we tried to call reception from the in-room...

Dear Sonia Pitchuev, Thank you for your feedback. We all know that getting a bad rating is terrible for a hotel. Although it is bitterly expected as you threatened us to choose between a poor review or a full refund, we are so sad to get this today. Although we feel very sorry for the inconvenient situation happened to you...

Great place to stay! We stayed in a double room which was quite big, comfy bed, air con worked well and the bath room was huge and very pretty. Staff spoke English well, we're very friendly and breakfast was fabulous (big selection f fresh fruit, iced coffee etc). When you stay at the dorms I imagine you get the same...

I had a clean and quiet single - individual room with ensuite bathroom. But in the same time I enjoyed the Hostel environement where you shall be able to meet lots of interesting people. The staff here is superb and full of usefull suggestions for your stay. So this place was great, I can only say great things.

Bit dissappointed with the room when we arrived but having spoken to reception we were given a better room the following day which was just like the pictures on their website. Immaculately clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast with plenty of choice. Good location down a quiet street but central for everything that we wanted to see in HCMC.

provide a hair-dryer in dormitory will be better and more convenient or I need to ask the staff for the dryer every night lol. They don't have balcony or place to hang clothes. Except for above, everything is good. Especially breakfast (delicious) included is really nice for a backpacker.

Loved staying here! Friendly service and very clean. They upgraded us to a private room because they were overbooked which was totally fine. It's quiet here which is a nice change from the loud chaos of HCM. Breakfast included which was delicious. Staff was very helpful. Beautiful shower and extremely clean. Lots of stairs though so be sure to be...

The hotel is charming and cozy, quite, nicely designed, clean, good breakfast, very attentive personal, great location. I know too many 5 star hotels that are forgettable, but this small one is one of my hits. So what is needed more? Just strong legs and immunity to heat to explore Saigon!

Room was okay, good location and price. Just 1 thing I'm not quite satisfied is about their bathroom, it's quite small and lack of bathroom in male's floor. If for just one night then it could be okay.

Town House 50 is a little on the expensive side for a hostel/hotel in HCMC but we thought it was worth the extra price - it is in a central location but back off the street so not noisy at night, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is yummy and our private room was air conditioned, clean and spacious with...

Great little hostel with the BEST complimentary breakfast buffet I've ever seen. So healthy, lots of fruit to choose from, dumplings, spring rolls, bread with jam/butter/eggs, tea & coffee - ALL FREE! I don't even eat breakfast but broke my over a decade long habit to sample the breakfast as it was just too great to refuse. All laid out...
