Walking distance from the bus stop. Front desk personnel friendly, helpful, and professional. Room was clean, updated, and had tea & coffee. This was a min-fridge with many items, all for a price, as listed on the placard on the desk above it. Cable T.V. had more stations than you could possibly watch. Bathroom was updated and supplied with the...

Nice hotel in the center of backpackers district. I suppose the hotel is quite new. Room was clean and comfortable. AC worked well. The breakfast was very awarege, if you need sth different to eat there is plenty of restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. Good value for money.

We stayed for 4 nights, they upgraded our room. We got a room on the 7th floor with a really good view! The room itself was big, clean, bathroom was clean. Bed was good. Breakfast was tasty - can´t really complain. the staff was always smiling and helping us. Location was good. Great! The tour we booked from the hotel...

Great location, friendly staff, adequate breakfast. Great local in the tourist section of Siagon, easy walk to bars, restaurants, shops, and tourist facilities. Clean hotel, helpful staff, breakfast included some western choices. Choose a room away from the street as it's a very busy and noisy street that goes on all night. The latches on our window were broken so...

We stayed a total of 4 nights in two separate occasions in October 2016, and we found the hotel to be an excellent value. The hotel is located in the Pham Ngu Lao area, a lively, central, touristic area, not far from the bus station. We were able to walk to most sightseeing places. Taxi was cheap and plentiful. We...

The actual hotel was okay, the bed was good, but we no hot water which was nightmare because the staff were really unresponsive to our problem, and they woke us up at night to check on it after they'd told us after an hour there was nothing they could do! Tbh you could find somewhere cheaper with better service and...

Gia Vien is a great little hotel in the middle of a bustling street close to bars, restaurants, shops and attractions. Hotel staff were nice and the rooms itself are modern and clean. We had a room with a window which was quite spacious but then moved to a room without a window which was smaller but still comfortable.

We stayed for a week and were very happy overall. The rooms were clean, spacious and tidy and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is in the heart of the budget accommodation area and very handy for the restaurants, bars and sights.

I got this Hotel of Agoda with as an alternative to the previous Zoolutstay 271 (which was very nice). A little hard to find, with the help of google, down a side road this hotel basically hits the same standard. Fresh, clean, modern and welcoming. Kind staff and an uncomplicated check in and check out are always nice. An underground...
