The location and price are good but that's it. We arrived at 10pm and our room wasn't ready, they apparently cleaned it but there were cigarette butts everywhere and it was filthy. Not expecting it to be spotless but it was genuinely shocking. Staff were so loud at night until around 1am and then started being noisy again around 4am. The downstairs is actually a parking lot which doesn't help. Very disappointed with the noise and lack of consideration for guests sleep.

This hotel is in good walking distance to the centre and has hot showers and AC, but they're the only good things I can say. When we arrived to check-in, the staff seemed very surprised we were there (even though they had our names written down) and ran upstairs to 'check to see if the room was ready' (we arrived at about 10pm after a long flight). After waiting about 10 minutes, we were told our room was ready so went upstairs. I can't believe for a single second it had been cleaned, the bed sheets were stained, there were countless cigarette butts on the floor by the bed and the floor was dirty. Mould everywhere too. There also seems to be a motorbike parking area downstairs which means people come any time day or night and it is incredibly noisy. No consideration for guests, noise would carry on until about 1am and start again at 5am. Would not recommend, plenty of other better, cheap places to stay in HCMC

The walls have holes (which I'm afraid that cockroaches may make their way into the room through). The floors were dirty. Under the bed was dirty. The bed sheet had a blood stain on it. Who uses a sheet that has blood stains at a hotel? The fridge didn't work and when you opened it, it had a terrible smell. I wouldn't stay here again. From the outside it looks ok, but once you open the door and enter the room, its a different story.

We arrived a bit late in Saigon and had to sell a bicycle first, so we were a bit careless in finding a hotel; we were tired and anything would do. So we went here. When taking a look, the lights did not work, but the bed seemed soft enough, there was an airconditioning unit and a refrigerator. Without the lights I could not see the mold. With the lights on (after accepting the room), we found out that nobody seemed to have tidied up in quite a while. Especially under the bed. I dont mind dust, but there were dubiously looking paper towels under the bed. I hope someone had the flu, but I suspect something else. There was something that seemed to be either blood or poop on the blankets, but I tried not to think about it too much. There are holes in the ceiling in the bathroom with electrical wires hanging out. Also, more mold. But the shower is good, nice hot water with good pressure. The staff is friendly. It could be a very good hotel if they cleaned and renovated a little. The room was rather spacious and the furniture was fine overall.
