A 4-star hotel with 5-star services. Almost all the hotel staff spoke perfect English and they are all trained to provide great services. Breakfast and food provided at their restaurant is ample and tasty.

We had booked this hotel for one night only as we were able to get an earlier flight and needed a one night stay prior to going to the hotel we had booked for the longer part of our stay. I picked this hotel because it was around the corner from our existing hotel booking and would be easy to walk from one to the other. On arriving we found the entrance elegant, clean and chic. As we are only staying for one night we had booked a single room for the 4 of us, it was classed as a family room and was large enough to accommodate 4 adults, it had two queen beds of which my son and I had one and my wife and daughter the other, the rooms had a large enough bathroom although the bench space would not accommodate more than 2 people in saying that for the one night stay it was more than enough and the price we pay for this room was a bargain. It was very clean and well appointed with plenty of floor space for 4 large size suitcases and more. Although we did not go for a swim the pool area was quite inviting, we did sit and take in the views for a little while which was quite enjoyable. In the morning we went down for breakfast and this was a strange setup as the restaurant was basically spread out across three different areas from the lobby through the central restaurant and into a rear lobby were you can also exit the hotel out into a backstreet you could order eggs in the various styles and it didn’t take very long to come out although not very hot the selection was not large but adequate and the variety was mainly local cuisine with a few Western options but all in all give you a good start to your day.

The hotel is a little confusing as it is a shared space with 3 other hotels. I must say though the bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable. Breakfast was nice with a good amount of options. Location was ok just a short walk to Ben Thenh Markets. We were travelling when the COVID-19 situation started so maybe thats why the staff weren't overly helpful.

we reached the hotel early morning with a year old baby. However the staff refused to allow us to check in early and we kept waiting in the lobby for over 6 hours and ended up wasting one day. The hotel otherwise was nice. So overall an average stay!

Be cautious of this hotel! When checking in they told us we were being "upgraded", we thought that was great! (They told a couple next to us that as well). When they brought us to the "upgraded" room it was very clearly NOT the room we booked. It was much older, and not as nice as the one we booked online. The front desk kind of laughed when we went back down 2 minutes later but agreed to put us in our proper room a few hours later. I should mention here that the staff aren't very friendly, they don't want to help you at all, zero eye contact or smiling. We returned a few hours later and had to wait another 15 or so to check-in, no problem. While waiting in the lobby we heard the front desk tell ANOTHER COUPLE that they were being "upgraded". Within 5 minutes the couple was back to confront staff that they booked a completely different room. Not sure how many people a day they're "upgrading" to a lesser room, they're definitely making money off of this. The room we booked was $30 CAD a night more. Once we got to the room we booked it was fine- just like the photos. We went out that night and when we returned there was no security/staff outside or in the lobby... Strange. I called down from our room and the phone just rang and rang. Definitely not great when you're in need of something. We paid for the upgraded wellness package. We just walked into the pool area and wellness area, there's no difference... No one asks you for those little slips they give you. Wouldn't suggest upgrading to the wellness package. Pool area is waaay too small for the 3 hotels making use of it. Not nearly enough seats or space in the pool to be comfortable. Make sure you have your deposit slip when you check out. They will 100% keep your deposit, even if the room is fine if you don't have that slip. Would NEVER stay here again. There are multiple reviews found online that also caught them in this scam dating years back. If you've already booked properly read and view photos of what you book/pay for.
