As a frequent visitor in Ho Chi Minh, I am delighted that I had finally found a place where can I stay regularly. The Odys Boutique Hotel is stylish with interior similar as MGallery but bigger space and ran by local Vietnamese team with a taste of European high end standard. That also explains why safety and hygiene is paramount to The Odys Boutique Hotel. There is restaunt on top floor called “Bup” with indoor and outdoor area for those who wants a view of the city and natural sunshine. I find that place good to relax, chill out and even use as a temp office space while having a coffee. It is located 5 minutes walk to Takashimaya Mall, Saigon Center, famous Ben Thanh Market and other popular and touristy place. For those who wants a European treatment, city center, clean, hygienic and safe environment with a good price, I’d recommend The Odys Boutique Hotel.

I had spent my weekend and had the great time with family here before i took the limousine service just in front of the hotel go back to Binh Duong . The most point which I'd give highest score is the boutique design together with an excellent service . Hotel Manager is very friendly and knowledgeable , food cost is within my budget and delicious . Great location for leisure and corporate customer !

While international travel is out of the question and domestic travel is still pretty weary, a staycation at The Odys Boutique Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 1 sounded like a fantastic idea. A weekend getaway was the perfect way to fill that travel void I’d been craving these past couple of months! Just walking up the stairs into the main lobby of The Odys we were instantly excited for our girls trip! We were greeted with a warm welcome from the front desk and made to feel right at home. After checking us in, the staff gave us some great recommendations as to what could be found close by (Marcel Gourmet Burger, Godmother Bake & Brunch, Gringo Tacos). Being a hotel in District 1 meant the options were absolutely endless! Our room was absolutely perfect. It was clean, fresh and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay more than perfect! Each room was equipped with a mini bar, street food tasting offer, complimentary wifi, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, safety box, flat screen LCD TV with cable and air-conditioning. We were incredibly excited to kick back and relax. On the 10th floor of The Odys, is the tasty Búp Restaurant which gives you 360-degree views of Saigon. Typically serving up a buffet breakfast and a la carte dining throughout the day, Búp’s menu is full of authentic Vietnamese cuisine! Yum! Our mini-vacation close to home was exactly what we needed to switch things up. Waking up to a continental rooftop breakfast with views of Bitexco Financial Tower and afternoon strolls through the Fine Arts Museum was a pretty cool way to spend the weekend if you ask me. I just cannot recommend this hotel enough and with their rooftop pool nearly completed, there would be no better place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City. So, whether you’re looking for a fun staycation in the city or a fabulously located hotel in Saigon, The Odys should be your top choice!

I just would like to outline 2 huge missing points that made my stay extremely disappointing. 1. The hotel did not clean my room. Later afternoon (around 5pm) when noto ed that still nobody bothered to clean up my room, I went down to reception to ask why that wasn’t done and the answer was that they were busy that day so they just decided not to clean my room. So unacceptable! That’s the very basic service when booking a hotel, but they just decided not to clean my room up without even asking or informing me 2. I requested some ice to apply on my arm as I was in Saigon after undergoing a surgery in the past weeks. The staff simply replied “you need to go by ice at the shop next door”. This is the only hotel in the world not providing ice for guests! So I wonder, if I ordered any soft drink from their bar would they serve it with no ice? I don’t think so. Well that means they just didn’t want to provide ice that time. Such a big let down for my stay. I won’t certainly return back as the staff attitude was very bad. I hope somebody from the hotel management will bother to reply back to me, but it looks like they never reply guests reviews so I guess they don’t care that much either.
