Good location close to lots of food and bars. A lot to see in local area. Friendly helpful staff. Clean basic rooms at good price. Lovely little terrace. Hotel itself was not noisy but building work next door while we stayed - detracted a bit from stay.

Clean hotel with friendly staff and well equipped rooms. It is on quite busy street, which may or may not be an advantage for you. Construction works are currently going on right next to the hotel. If you don't like climbing stairs, be warned that there is no lift there...

We stayed at Kim 2 hotel for 2 nights while visiting Ho Chi Minh. Whilst originally booked in at Kim hotel, when we arrived they told us that the person in our room at Kim hotel was sick and unable to check out but they had a room available for us at Kim 2. We had read reviews already on...

The staff were OK far from best, room was 4th floor with elevator which was annoying. Laundry was overpriced but there was nothing wrong with the room. Would have to get Wi-Fi stronger and more constant for me to stay again.

Situated by the pub area it is quiet and clean. There is no elevator...we stayed on the top floor (76 steps). A bit of a hike but adds that much more security and privacy. Great staff. Hardworking and help you at the drop of a hat. Booked 3 nights. Stayed 5 nights.

Was there for a longer stay. The room is basic but it is clean and it has a safe, TV, and fridge. It is cleaned well everyday. The location is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Internet would go off once in a while, but no major issues. However, there is no elevator and no way to...

Location good. Staff friendly although not that great at English. Has a nice shared balcony with tables and chairs - perfect for eating takeaway and enjoying the bustling street below. Room was clean enough but our bathroom was not cleaned properly. Overall great stay especially for couple travelers new to HCM City. Our room was $22/night.

Location is great and if you're just looking to party then it perfect. If your backpacking on a budget then this is the place for you. However if not then the room is very basic, I felt a bit claustrophobic. Can be loud at night if you try to sleep before 2am

The hotel seems quite new, the rooms very clean and quite comfortable. Staff are friendly and the price is okay in the city centre. I would stay again and I recommend the hotel. The en-suite has a great hot shower with clean towels and shampoo and soap.

“We suggest paying extra 2 dollars and avoid room no 9 which is the smallest in the hotel. Rooms on the higher floors are quieter if facing the street, but can be annoying to climb up and down 10 times a day.”
