$18 for a night, and $500 missing from my room, manageress was very pleasant about the whole thing, I'll say no more. When I returned to HCMC 2 days later I stayed at the 4/5 star hotel around the corner and for $65 got something that James Bond would be familiar with.

Hi JonD1971, Sorry for late response. We are sorry for your unpleasant stay at our hotel. Your missing money was the only incident happened in our hotel in years, however, we could not help you to find it since you came back to inform us days after you checked out. We did have security box inside room, so we suggest...

Not the cleanest one, not the worst one either. I will say it ok for a night or a part of the night. In fact, as our flight was scheduled in the middle of the night, we didn't want to pay another night in the hotel we stayed in HCMC. We decided to take a "cheap" option to be close...

Hello SpiM55, Thank you for your comment about bed type. We stated size of bed (single and kingsize bed) on our booking site so guests will not confuse and offer free of charge for 4th or 5th guest (as you can see that the apartment itself is very big and spacious, so it can accommodate 4-5 persons with ease). We...

Was not neat, but not clean. We refused to use the spa bath, opted for shower instead. Front desk is not manned, but a security guard who couldn't speak English would contact the lady who could and she would come down to assist, or give advice over the phone. Close to many eateries and extremely close to the airport. Don't...

Hello Tantoinette, Sorry for your unpleasant stay. We advised staffs to help guest bring luggage from ground floor to 1st floor. We also changed all hard bed to more comfortable ones and install double door to rooms which face the streets. Thank you for your review.

It's not easy to assess this hotel: sometimes it seemed extremely disorganised, sometimes it was OK. Our reservation was cancelled before we arrived, then reconfirmed. Upon arrival we didn't get the apartment we booked, then after one hour of shouting we mysteriously did. The apartment in the end was not bad, even if not too clean (cockroaches!). Location is good...

The hotel and our apartment were beautiful--the rooms and dining area are spacious. The staff was very helpful. It's just a few minutes down the road from the airport. It's true, the beds were quite hard but this is standard in Vietnam.

Hello ab326, Thank you for your kind comment. We noted that several guest feel that the beds were hard. So we have changed all beds to softer ones recently. Hope to see you in future.

The hotel was probably grand back in its time, with high ceiling, spacious interior, and open layout. What remains now are a hard bed, older fridge and daggy carpet. The good news is that hot water is consistent and it's close to airport - a few minutes drive, even walkable. The owner was a spritely chap who recommended some good...

Hello HeMan83, We are glad you were happy with your stay. We take your comment seriously. Therefore, in middle of 2015, we have been through a renovation. Now all rooms are wooden floor, comfortable bed, new fridge. We hope you can come again and see the new hotel. Thank for your kind comment and it means a lot to us.

We wanted an apartment with kitchen facilities as we were planning to cook but nothing is provided at all except a microwave. However, the owner did provide a pot, knife and chopping board after we asked for some utensils so was pretty basic. The beds were extremely hard, as if sleeping on planks / floor. We had the room facing...
