I came into HCMC for one night friend recommended it. I quickly realized her tastes different than mine. Dirty in the bathroom the sheets were stained barren of much furniture noisy from outside and banging doors. I would have preferred more secure door locks. Staff were friendly enough. Won't stay again

Good location for bars and restaurants. All in walking distance. Very cheap. Rooms weren't clean. There was mold on the walls everywhere. Bathroom had holes in it and mold. I think the rooms need a clean and a bit of a revamp!

We booked it in advance to secure a place to crash after a long trip. The price is just great for the location, that is great. What the room features is also geat value but given the smell coming from the toilet we had to leave next day. I believe they had a problem with the pipes because it really... More

Quiet, cheap but very poor room service! There is toilet paper, the phone inside the room to call the reception has no signal. Would not recommended this to anyone, but would recommended their new one, which located few blocks away.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel, R301. The room is ok with bed but quite wet and bad smell in bathroom. no warm water for shower too. Rate is reasonable, friendly and helpful staffs, especially male receptionist in night shift. Clean room, AC is working. Good situated in the center of town. We had view to the street (3rd floor) and it was allright without noice. If you want just place to sleep and stay to get rest, this place is allright. Nothing extra, clean bed, towels, working shower. =)

It looks like a family hotel. Location - you couldn't imagine the better - just on the busy road with loads of restaurants, shops. Our room was on the 5th or 6th floor so you couldn't hear the noise of the street. On the other hand you can close windows :) The only thing I didn't like was the fact... More
