Daniel, Phong, Kate, Doan and the FO team were so professional and kind, always remember my preference and arrange everything I need without asking. Besides the great location Sofitel itself owns, really love the rooftop pool and f&b from Le17 Bistro. Am about to plan my next visit in 2021 for sure!

The staff called me before my arrival made me feel quite pissed and uncomfortable: + Phone call (personal one) at 9:00 pm (seriously ?!) + i didnt feel any kind of previleges as an ACCOR PLATINUM MEMBER while he insisted me to check in at 2pm repeatedly without asking me my arriving time, or benefits of a Platinum member and offered me the late c/o at 4pm even tho i didnt need that. + While i asked for the Suite night reward upgrade and how to book that, he said yes and will help me to process it on the day i come... turned out he didnt reply me back or anykind of notice about that. (HOTEL TRAINED THE STAFF IGNORED GUEST REQUESTS OR SO?!) + He asked my arriving time carefully and when i came to the hotel (45minutes later than the time i told him but i gotta wait and stand there more than 15 minutes to get the room) + The staff checked me in showed a very judging, cold and unfriendly look. I didnt feel any welcoming or so as aPlatinum. And the checking process is super slow, inefficient and unprofessional. He didnt tell me which room i got upgraded or not, just saying: price, night, sign...?!?!? I got into the room and no amenities setup?? So i went out for lunch about 1 hour and came back the hotel trying to sleep and the staff keep knocking to set up amenties and stuff twice?!? I dont even know how the hotel treat their loyal guess like that. So disappointed! …
I have good experience at Sofitel Fitness Center. Besides Mr. Hung and Mr. Nguyen, the 2 great yoga teachers I practiced with; Mr. Nguyen Duy Minh is a wonderful staff of Sofitel, who has been working longest at the Centre. Minh is so warm, helpful and thorough. Whenever reaching the center, we're always welcomed by his big smile and well-preparedness. All stuff is ready for each of us from locker keys, towels, slippers, coats for swimming, mats for our yoga class,...to instructions for using the gym equipment. His amazing service mind and helpfulness make me and my friends so comfortable at the hotel. We just renewed our membership and I like to express my appreciation to Minh and the Staff, who make our exercises more exciting everyday!
