Accommodations are basic - the rooms are small with little storage or space for luggage. The bathroom could use some maintenance and counter/shelving. The location is great - in district 1 of Ho Chi Min. They only provide water once after that you need to purchase it.
We really loved our stay here! Perfect location in the centre, but in a little courtyard with 2 nice coffee shops around. Staff is super friendly and helpful and the rooms are nice. Great breakfast. Great value!!
Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, perfect breakfast, affordable, all you need for a visit! We stayed for a number of days. Room cleaned each day if requested. Had a room with two twin beds. Perfect spot for excursions across town. Charming location.
Nice quiet location convenient to all district 1 sites. Clean and comfortable with helpful English speaking staff who arranged our Cu Chi, Mekong Delta trips and our bus transfer to Dalat. We would stay here again.
We enjoyed the hotel, the most, because despite being in the middle of District one it felt like you were far away in a small little town. Being right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City very exciting, the hotel is located close to absolutely everything you can go anywhere from here, there is a huge mix of cultural experiences, ranging from the old way to the very new modern way.
My wife and I have a soft spot for boutique hotels because they give a personal touch to the service, they are having some personality unlike big chains and yes they are easy on the pocket. With that premise, I booked this quaint hotel in District 1 of HCMC. Truth be told, while booking I did not have an idea of the awesome location of the hotel. When we landed here the small room kind of got to me but then you get what you pay for so can't complain much there. Anyways with a location like this and a vibrant city like HCMC, who is going to waste his time staying in room. Check in was fast and the staff was very courteous to let me park my luggage as I arrived quite ahead of check in time. My wife is lactose intolerant vegan so we often have a tough time finding food compatible with her. Here a shoutout to chef Peter, Will and Vivian of the cafe who went out of the way to cook up a vegetable stir fry pot for her as part of breakfast. This really put a smile in our faces as to how great customer service is never at mercy of language. Keep it up !!!…
This little gem is located away from the busy streets. Rooms are clean and cool. And the staff is the most friendly you'll meet in Vietnam. At the breakfast buffet you will find everything you need to get you started for sightseeing.
Very central yet relatively quiet location in a small alley. The main tourists attractions as well as the “nice” walkable central district right outside the door. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great with the friendly staff preparing eggs etc to the order. Room was stylishly appointed. I stayed here twice, at the beginning and end of my trip after and before the international flight and would definitely recommend and come again.
This is a perfect secret gem. Excellent central location but slightly tucked away so feels very calm. Staff were very accommodating and lovely. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh. Thank you
A small 16 room cozy informal hotel tucked away in a quiet alley that is within walking distance or GRAB to many tourist attractions, malls and eateries. Booked a deluxe room with balcony that is comfortable for Asian sized couple. Shower could do with a bigger caddy for personal toiletries and hooks for clothes. Buffet breakfast is limited but sufficient. Kelly the front desk staff is proficient in English and ever so helpful. Ricky is always smiling and quick to assist with luggage. There is only 1 housekeeper, 1 chef and his assistant who despite language barrier did their best every day. Few other staff who never fails to smile and greet.
