We had booked two deluxe rooms each through Agoda and Booking.com. The hotel rooms are situated above a gift shop but the shop cum reception downstairs is very presentable. Rooms were surprisingly very spacious and clean. We booked deluxe rooms because we wanted windows so the rooms were not stuffy. Do note that the hotel has a policy of keeping your passports unless your rooms have been fully paid. I think it applies to most hotels in HCM. The staff are very attentive and pleasant. Location was just excellent, only 3 mins walk to Ben Thanh and if the weather is good, you can reach most of the famous sightseeing places by foot. It is quite an easy walk as the pavements are shady and wide. Traffic lights along the way make crossing roads easy. Though very near to the

Despite the hotel being only 100 metres or so from Ben Thanh Market, it's very quiet during the night, located in a small side street of shops. We stayed once in a front room with windows and once in a back room, without, the latter pictured in the photos. The foyer is a shop, tasteful and doesn't interfere with guests in any way. The rooms are not huge, but big enough, with coffee/tea facilities, limited mini bar/snacks, fridge and room safe. The staff are friendly and if we had have needed assistance, I'm sure they would have been on hand to help. One stay had breakfast included, one did not, and we were charged around 60,000 Dong per meal. The dining room is situated on the top floor with an inside and alfresco area. The meals were more than ample and there were quite a lot

Great hotel. Convenient location as the night market is just nearby. The staff very friendly as well. Good places to eat nearby. Most taxi drivers are able to find the hotel easily too and the hotel can arrange for taxi services as well.

Great location! A few steps away from Ben Tanh Market and everywhere. Its in a side strret known for shoestores. Value for money. Spacious brown and white rooms with firm matress and amenities. Very clean bathroom Tried room with no window and with window, both we had a quiet sleep. .Free breakfast choice at terrace top of hotel, good way to start our day. Efficient and hospitable staff. A charming, nice and quiet little hotel you would want to come home to after a busy day in Saigon.

Right next to the Binh Thanh market, the perfect location for exploring. We booked a superior room, so had lots of space. Staff were polite, breakfast was good (at their other hotel across the road), and relatively modern fit out. Good value for money.

The hotel is in the middle of all major attractions in Ho Chi Minh, very clean, spacious and comfortable. Its a small hotel, only a few rooms and it doesn't really look like a hotel when you enter the reception. We stayed there for 3 nights, enjoyed walking around in the city and organized all our tours from there. The war museum, the opera, the palace and the market are just walking distance and of course most of the dining places and bars are also very close. I certainly recommend it to someone who wants a good hotel room (clean, spacious, new) at a very good location. The breakfast was ok, nothing fancy. Wifi free and good. Overall, great value for money.

We booked this hotel for a late arrival into Ho Chi Minh for one night. Unfortunately for us our flight was delayed and we didnt get in until 1230 am (30 min later that the time we had informed the hotel we would arrive). When we managed to wake the porter we were informed that the hotel had been over booked and our room was no longer available. This despite the fact that we had booked through booking.com and the room would be payed for regardless of whether we no showed. We were then made to wait while the staff at reception chatted online with the manager to see what could be done. After 20 minutes of online chatting (god knows why it took so long, it was an easy problem to fix and clearly they were at fault) , we were informed that they had rooms available but we had to buy

This hotel is in a good location like everyone says, right on a side street off Ben Thahn market. It's also walking distance to other areas with lots of restaurants and shops very near. Taking taxis to and from the hotel couldn't be easier. We were a bit disappointed with our room however. Everything was clean and in good condition, so no major issues there. My main problem was that the room had no windows and the shower was a wet room. On many of the booking sites (I think we used agoda), hotels will often explicitly differentiate between standard rooms with windows and standard rooms without windows. So we mistakenly assumed if the room wasn't described as having no windows, it would. Unfortunately we paid for 5 nights in advance and couldn't get a refund. They did offer to

Great location, in and near all major shopping precincts, including Ben Thanh and night markets and short walking distance to skydeck observation tower, parks etc. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly, deluxe room was spacious and clean, large bed (although mattress was quite hard) and good selection available on breakfast menu. Some street noise drifted up during the day but it was quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others and would happily stay here if/when we next visit HCM.
