Don’t have a room on floor 8, unless of course you want an automatic alarm call at 6am every morning! The restaurant is above on floor 9 and from 6am onwards you are awoken by the loud scrapping of chairs by diners. Other than that the rooms are clean and tidy, the shower was really good and the hotel is generally well located. I certainly wouldn’t want to stay here anymore than 4 nights, but for a short stay it’s fine and good value for money.

We stayed here two nights on our very first arrival in Vietnam. Rooms were clean and simple with a wonderful buffet in the morning. Slight walk to sights but overall the entire family was very happy with our stay. It was the start of our gadventure tour. Be careful of airport taxi’s. I read about getting ripped off and I walked right into the trap. Tell them you will pay $10us or you don’t get in cab with them.

Staff was very friendly and got me checked in promptly. My room had a view of the street, but the noise level wasn't bad.I only issue with the room was the small tub with a hand held shower. Impossible to not get water everywhere. The buffet for breakfast provided a good selection. Easy walk to places to eat but not much else. Front lobby has a window wall looking out onto the street. Not a bad place to stay while visiting the city.

We stayed at this hotel as part of an organised tour. We travelled in a group of 15. Our room was lovely, very clean and spacious and lovely large bathroom. Others in the group did not have as good rooms though. Breakfast was buffet and simply awful. Good location and I would stay there again.

I wouldn't rate this hotel highly as I was told on the morning of my second day that I had to move rooms to a different floor for my second night. Apparently they had checked me in to the wrong room when I arrived and wanted to move me to a twin room. Does not seem very professional to make people move mid-stay.
