Hotel and the rooms was like something out of "faulty Towers" it felt like there was no glass in the Windows, so noisy couldn't sleep all night. Staff were friendly but that's the only good thing about the hotel!

Cheap and cheerful, clean and good location - very near the night markets. Staff had little English but tried to help. No noise problems for us. The showers were barely adequate, breakfast was ok although tended to run out. The tour operator below the hotel seemed to be part of the same business and again, tried to be helpful -...

For the money, I think that the Hong Hac Hotel is a decent hotel. The location is quite good as you can walk to many of the sights. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is okay - nothing to rave about. As for my room - it was just so-so. They bathroom was decent - nice shower w/excellent water...

Close to so many sites of old Saigon. A Great breakfast buffet is included. Easy to walk to most of them and cheap for a family to enjoy. Hope to go back and spend more time a week just wasn't enough.

We had a small room and the breakfast was not as good as we have had elsewhere on our tour. So only 3 stars. However it is reasonable value being in a big city. There were no drinks in the fridge, but that was fine as we could use it for our own.

Booking a hotel for us is somewhere to sleep. This hotel is constantly noisy! From the staff early in the morning to doors and chairs and other furniture moving around ALL day and ALL night. We stayed for three nights and have had NO sleep what so ever. It's made our time in HCMC not the best experience. BE AWARE...

Was a bit apprehensive about this hotel as it had so many negative reviews but have to say we really had no problems with our visit. Checked in for us was in the wee hours around 1:30am, all front desk staff ( 3 ) were asleep but awoke from their slumber when we arrived. Check in was fast enough and...

We stayed here two nights. First night they put us in a windowless room when we had booked one with a window. Air con leaked. Overpowering drain smell and rusty looking shower head. To make our stay more enjoyable there was drilling and hammering which started at around 7/8am and appeared to continue all day as it was still going...

Our windowless room was very small, the aircon leaked, they fixed it. The TV wasn't working properly, they managed to fix it on the last night of a 4 night stay. Breakfast was adequate. Location to market and street food market good. But you get what you pay for........ DONT go the spa at their sister hotel The White Luxury...
