Detailed Reviews
For the price we paid for the room ( less than USD 80 ) we have no major complaints. The room rate includes daily buffet breakfast, afternoon tea from 1400-1600 hrs, complimentary drinks including 2 cans of beer in the room refrigerator which are daily replenished plus a clean room with a comfortable bed. Service by staff is commendable as whenever we met staff in the hotel premises,we were greeted.Staff were "proactive" in rendering assistance to guests whenever needed. As the hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance to Bin Than market shoppers will find this most convenient.I would have rated 5 stars if not for some of the fixtures in the hotel were dated and requirng followup.

We spent 2 nights here, whilst on a city break, midway through a 2 week stay in Phu Quoc.
We arrived on an early flight, and got to the hotel a couple of hours before check in time. We were able to leave our bags and go off to explore the nearby tourist attractions.
The hotel is in an excellent central location, within easy walking distance to all the main sightseeing places and lots of shops/restaurants and amenities.
The hotel entry (like many others in Ho Chi Minh) is accessible by a flight of steep steps which may be problematic for those with reduced mobility.
The staff were all friendly and welcoming. I’d emailed the hotel prior to our stay requesting a quiet room on a high floor. We were placed in room 804, (8th floor) directly opposite the lifts and a window, without a view, facing the next door building. The room was a good size and very clean / modern, air conditioning was quiet and worked brilliantly, the beds were comfortable, we slept well both nights!
They had a range of complimentary toiletries and a free minibar (beers/water/soft drink) in the room. The breakfast selection was good, as was the complimentary afternoon tea. Great view of the city from the rooftop terrace, especially at night. We didn’t use the small gym or pool. I celebrated my birthday whilst I was here, on returning to our room from a day trip, I found the staff had left a little gift/card & flowers for me. This was completely unexpected and an extremely beautiful personal touch. We had a wonderful short stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Commitment by every member of staff of their line of duty towards guests was top of their game. After four weeks of travelling this hotel surpasses all others and I do not expect the next hotels to match. Little touches were noticed for example as a guest heads for the door or lift the staff anticipate your move and press the button or get ready to open the door. The chefs are proud of their craft and skilfully produce an abundance of choice, such that I haven’t seen since 1988 in Budapest. For my breakfast I therefore decided on the food beyond the usual and I was beaming with delight. My husband had a back problem and asked at the desk what was good to see out in the vicinity or do we take a taxi tour for a while. The receptionist listened then answered the brief accordingly with walk a few minutes to here, rest then you could walk over there have a look then a few minutes to this place, all with a map. On the roof top pool area we kept ordering drinks and the barman had to keep walking up from the floor below to see if we were needing assistance, upon the third drinks order I went down to save his time but he wanted the pleasure of bringing them up for us.
I have to also say I have confidence that the staff behind the scenes are just as committed hence the spotless rooms as an example. We will be going back to the hotel we own with improved knowledge. Thankyou to all of you at Winsuites Saigon.

We stayed 3 nights at the end of our holiday to see the city. The hotel is located centrally for exploring. It’s directly opposite the massive new underground station construction site so it’s a bit noisy at the moment and the view is not all that it could be! Obviously in time this will change and the location will be exceptional from a transport point of view. Upon arrival we were advised that we had a free upgrade and my word the new room was fab. About 80m2 with bath tub, walk in shower, sitting room, dining area and bed area. The bed was both big and comfortable. Housekeeping very good, hotel very clean. WiFi great except on the roof terrace by the pool where it was annoyingly useless. The roof terrace has a few tables and sun beds but the staff are not sufficiently attentive meaning that several trips down to the bar were necessary to secure drinks. The pool is a kind of giant spa and great for it’s small size. Food is generally quite good and breakfast pretty good although someone should show the chefs how to make a proper omelette rather than folded and shaped scrambled eggs! Prices a bit high for Vietnam but extremely cheap compared to Europe. Really enjoyed our stay and will come back if we’re ever in HCM again.

Nice hotel that we enjoyed very much.
Service was excellent , staff very outgoing and friendly.
Breakfast is included in your room rate was very good and more than plentiful with eggs cooked to order and fresh fruits and juices.
Two things I didn’t care for is the - in room refrigerator does not get cold , barely cools. Very disappointing.
2nd point was upgraded by the hotel with a room with a window but two double beds pushed together That you can fall into the middle and not really comfortable.
Will I return yes because of the staff, location and new and nice rooms. But will ask for a regular bed not two pushed together 😊. Just my preference.
Thumbs up for a nice stay.

I stayed at this hotel for one week and what a pleasant stay it was. It’s location is perfect and is within walking distance of all major attractions in Ho Chi Minh City. The Ben Thanh market and food market is right next door. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are new and modern the bathrooms were always spotless and cleaned daily by very polite cleaning staff. Included in the room price was a breakfast which offered a good selection of food also included was an afternoon tea another bonus for this hotel. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful whenever approached for assistance I must say the Vietnamese must rate as one of the most welcoming people on this planet. There is also a pool on the roof for use. Would I stay there again YES as it’s great value for money and a perfect location.

The staff were very attentive and welcoming. The little touches made the stay more enjoyable, like having the lift ready for us to enter when we walked in, getting upgraded for free to a bigger room and having a free minibar.
The bed was huge and so so comfy. Very clean surroundings and well equipped.
There's a large construction site for the new metro opposite the hotel which doesn't do any favours for the view from the hotel room but it is what it is. The view from the restaurant at the top floor is nicer, especially at night. Regarding the service at the restaurant, my husband and I ordered a main each and I ordered a starter. My main came first and whilst I was eating, the staff came over to bring my husband's meal but the order was wrong there was another delay. My starter which was the calamari came last, and it wasn't great to be honest. It had a bit of a rubbery taste.
Breakfast was delicious though. A nice variety buffet of asian and western cuisine and it changed slightly day to day. There is a chef on hand ready to make eggs (any kind) and pho for you.
There is a tour desk near the reception where you can find out about tour companies that can pick you up from the hotel.
Regarding leisure facilities, the pool is rectangular and quite small. The gym is also at the top floor, separated with glass and very small.
It was the first place we visited after arriving from the airport, and we enjoyed it overall. We wish the hotel all the best.

This is our first trip to Vietnam and we couldn’t have chosen a more desirable hotel for our 7 night stay. Our premier deluxe room was luxurious and kept spotless by housekeeping staff. We were also provided with fruit or delicious cakes or chocolates on some evenings. All staff in the hotel are very attentive and polite. Huge choice at buffet breakfast. Pool area is beautiful. The hotel is perfectly located in the city and is very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at Winsuites did not disappoint us. From the airport, there were 2 busses which stops near the hotel which is very convenient. The hotel was in district 1 area which is near all the sights. It was a nice walk to Bu Vien, Skydeck and other historic buildings as well as Ben Than mkt. The room was clean and has sufficient space to move around. It was also quiet. We enjoyed the rooftop pool. Good breakfast spread. Our room rate comes with free high tea as well as welcome drink. The free high tea was a very good deal and we enjoyed the high tea having it during the time the weather outside was quite warm to venture out too long. Staffs at the hotel were all polite and approachable. Service is always fast. For Muslims, this is a great area as the hotel is just 2 mins away from the halal restaurants and muslimah types of shopping like shawls, telekongs etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Winsuites Saigon, the room is really clean, the staff are friendly and speaks good English. The front desk staff are accommodating especially Kim and Meddie, Tommy the bell man was always smiling and ready to assist at all time. The restaurant staff are always happy to welcome everyone, Huu Thang the waiter, Quoc Viet and Ngoc Tuyen are always happy to serve, The food was great and variety of choices available. The chef walks around to make sure the food are good and appetizing. I will recommend this place to anyone. The place is centrally located to the mall, market, restaurant, and museums.
