the suit was excellent, were big,luxury and clean,very comfortable bed,big bathroom with two sinks,good view from the terrace,good minibar ,i don’t have what to complain.The staff was super kind. The have swimming pool with good size. The only minus for me is the location,the hotel is in district 2,but the center is in district one and the taxi is approx 30 min and 150000 dongi.Also in the breakfast there are mostly asian dishes.Overal very nice hotel and one day i will come back

My husband and I spent 2 nights here and we never stepped out of Mia’s at all.. the level Of personalised interaction between guests and staff I would classify as the best ever experience on all my travels. From the second you are greeted at the lobby till you bid adieu .. you are made to feel very special and how you will be missed much ! The deco is of French elegance , beautifully done and not overly fanciful.. Just the right touch of elegance and classy. The pillows and mattress so delightfully comfortable and embracing.. the river view so enchanting .. Food presented very fine dining style and crispy fresh organic veges.. a delight to the eyes and palates.. I spent hours at the spa which is equally elegant and the services were awesome… Lieu my masseuse made sure for my preferences were followed perfectly as per how I want my relaxing of mind and body to be addressed.. all my sessions were done by her .. Our dining were fully entertaining by Sam, Resi, Nhee, and the team.. ALL were attentive at any given time .. Up on the rooftop The Muse was just as fascinating .. spending the evening with the awesome view of the river and fancy mocktails ( I am a tea totaller) tapas .. of course the warm friendly services of the Muse team.. Although Mia is not situated right smack in the city you can always take Mia’s boat to go to the city .. but we didn’t do that at all.. I wanted to savour every second at Mia.. after all we had already made plans to be in the city for the rest of our stay. I must say I regretted making such plans .. Review deals with the experience of enjoying morning coffee on the deck and not at the hotel. Experience was pretty good. For the most part we got everything we wanted. In some instances had some friction with staff. Going to a staff and asking, “nhà vệ sinh ở đâu” can sometimes be a complicated question when they don’t expect you to speak Vietnamese… I did, however, try to clarify by saying, “toilet?” And I was dismissed in both cases. (Neutral - it’s frustrating but forgivable) My partner ordered an eggs Benedict, which I felt was extremely small for the price paid. (190k, $8 USD). (-1 point - you really can’t be a bit generous here?) In the end, it was nice to run into the general manager, Manuel, and to see the operation again. Would I come back? Yes. Not my first choice for breakfast, but given the right requirements, definitely.…

What an incredible experience we had at this hotel. From the welcoming and friendly staff, to the details of this facility I must say this is probably the best hotel in HCMC. The pool is amazing with a great view of the river, and the view only gets better at night from the rooftop bar. An added bonus is the boat shuttle back and forth from the hotel to district one. Def worth the stay!

This hotel is excellent in every way - from the greeting at the water taxi to the arrival at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and have every amenity you need. However the best thing about this hotel is the staff; they cannot do enough to please their guests and they understand the true meaning of going the extra mile

Mia Saigon excels in all areas. Where other properties of this calibre can be pretentious, Mia Saigon have the perfect balance, incredible luxurious rooms, fabulous pool area, sky bar ( with the best cocktails ever, and a feeling like you have stepped back in time), exceptional restaurant, and staff who’s one goal is to help you and ensure you are being looked after. This property does not scream, ‘look at me, it says, ‘come in, relax, enjoy, indulge’, and you cannot help but indulge. Away from the crazy in the city, Mia Saigon is an oasis where your senses are heightened around every corner, and every luxury is offered. A classy accommodation who have it just right. We will be back.

Amazing hotel. Highly recommend a stay here whether u are solo, a couple, a family young or old, and of any generation. Great atmosphere, facility and Indochina vibes. Fantastic breakfast, pool side options, kids food, cocktails and the roof top! Big thanks to all the front office staff, and the restaurant staff.
