Negative: 1. Breakfast finish early at 9.30, we went for breakfast at 9am the 1st day and not many choices and food left. 2nd day, we went for breakfast around 8.30am, turns out same as yesterday, when they refill, they just refill little (eg. Chicken meat 2-3 pieces) 2. Broken tap 3. 2 burnt light bulb (however they come and... More

I booked the Deluxe Room on Hotels.com listed as 32 m2. Upon arrival, they tried to downgrade me to a Superior Room without telling me, but I caught that before I went up to the room. They then escorted me up to the Deluxe Room, but it was only 21 m2. A far cry from the 32 m2 room that... More

I stayed here as part of an Intrepid tour and it was very disappointing compared to all of our other accommodation. 12 stories and 1 very very slow lift (it was faster to walk down from 8th floor to reception) Our shower was broken (shower head off the wall). We checked in late in the day, and asked to be... More

We stayed here at the end of our tour of Vietnam. Hotel is clean and the staff were friendly. There is a minimart straight across the road to buy food and drink. It is a 20minute walk to the Imperial Palace and to the big market. The lift was very slow so factor that into your time.

The hotel has 12 floors and one slow poke of a lift so planning an arrival or depparture from you room needs a bit of forethought. We tended to walk down and sometimes walk up but the passages and stairwell are not airconditioned so it was very hot. I read a previous review which said the hotel is noisy so... More

I stayed in the Family Inn Saigon as part of an intrepid group trip through Vietnam. The hotel is in a good location, easy to walk to the sites from here and if lazy, Son a really friendly Vietnamese man with a cyclo hangs out in the street to ferry you about! Guaranteed a great tour with Son! The room... More

Stayed here recently and were a bit disappointed about the level of noise. There doesn't seem to be any sound proofing on the windows so we could hear all the road noise and people milling around outside or from the club a couple of doors down. There was also a beeping from the elevator that goes every minute. And the... More

We had planned to make a quick stop at this hotel and then go to the Mekong Delta. But my youngest daughter got stomach flue so we had to stay... This is when it begun: My oldest daughter and my wife left for the tour I stayed behind. With an eight year old puking in the toilet I went down... More

Stayed for 3 nights pre tour and really enjoyed it. Clean room, good location, nice staff, good breakfast, great location. Staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. Had a tour desk there which was good - we did a private full day Ho Chi Minh city tour which was excellent

I have never given a negative review before. But this hotel is awful! I stayed here with a small tour group for three nights. Each morning the food was empty no matter what time I had breakfast. All are rooms were loud. The safe in the room was locked and they couldn't open it. They said to leave my passport... More
