Fully agree with all the other reviews and I can kick myself for not checking before I booked. It's seriously the worst service ever. The staff swears at guests. We weren't even welcomed. Our room card was handed to us and we had to find the room ourselves. The owner is clearly not aware of what's going on. Absolutely terrible!!!!

This is supossed to be a 3 star hotel, and considering the cost per night it should be. Standards were very poor, scruffy room and old linen, spare mattresses and bins just left in the passageway, not even a single bottle of complimentary water was offered. This hotel is not run professionally at all...not a hint of hospitality. Pity as...

Hotel is in a great location to see the city. The war museum is a short walk away and there are shops etc close by. Bitexo building is also within walking distance and a great experience. Over all the hotel is ok. My main issue was the wifi in the rooms. I was given a log in key when I...

I booked a double room for 2 adults for only me. My friend wanted to visit me for a few hours before we went out to explore the city. I asked the front desk if it is okay that they come. Obviously, I am 1 adult and booking a 2 adult room, so it should be no problem. The hotel...

Alittle surprise with the staff standards. I have being to so many hotels in vietnam. The staff are not really that friendly. Atleast they got better housekeeping. Surprise when they say breakfast included. I only saw 2 bananas and a few watermelon there. If i am not wrong i saw a 3 star in agoda. But reality they are 2...

Sub standard hotel. Dark rooms. Some rooms had little ants/insects. Only good thing about this hotel are the cheap rates and location. Receptionist doesn't know what a smile is, not friendly at all. Bell guys and staff are decent. Would not stay here again. Pay a bit more for a better hotel.

Stayed for four nights and was paying about 60 AUD / night through Agooda. Room was ok but shower did not drain properly ie you were standing in about 20mm of water you just showered in when you finished, which didn't drain away for a good 5 minutes. Location is excellent , one block off Ben Tanh Markets and a...

I stayed here for a (1) night. Arrived quite late around 8ish and got my room as requested. The receptionist should have customer service training because when I checked-in, I felt like I wasn't welcome at all. The other problem was when I was on the ninth floor (my room), the hallway had funny smell. Oh well that doesn't matter...
