Came here as part of my Intrepid tour. The room was small but clean and nice, and the shower was incredible! We also really enjoyed the silk kimonos provided. Had no problems with the Internet. The breakfast buffet was limited in comparison to other hotels in Vietnam however. I also used the in house laundry service and my laundry arrived... More

We stayed here for the start of our Intrepid Tour. The lobby isn't very big and they don't have a place to safely store your bags out of sight. They just leave them in the lobby by the front window. The staff wasn't very cheerful or helpful. The location is good, you can walk to the major museums and markets.... More

Great location, only a short stroll to a lot of the main attractions in Saigon. Modern and clean looking hotel with very helpful staff and good sized rooms. Question: why put a jug and coffee cups in the room but not supply coffee or tea? Only one elevator to service 11 floors so be prepared to spend a bit of... More

The rooms are basic and if you are just looking for a place to sleep, the price and location should meet the expectation. Surprisingly, this hotel offers many cable channels on TV. The kettle provided in the room does not fit into the hotel electrical socket and you actually have to request for an adaptor which is really weird. Breakfast... More

We booked hotel for 16th June and on arrival asked to extend to 17th. We paid in cash for this extra night on arrival. Later on our holiday (by which time we were now travelling in Cambodia) the hotel started accusing us of not having paid for our extra night. They even started chasing our Cambodian tour guide for the... More

Suitable three star hotel with many of the main tourist sites are within walking distance for those who like to walk. There was a safe, flip flops & bath robes in the room along with toiletries. The bathroom was large as was my room, 2nd floor # 202. Nice rain shower along with a standard shower. There is a mini... More

Found the hotel fairly average in many respects but had a few issues whilst staying here. Ants in the room - fair enough when in Asia - but they should have been dealt with by cleaning as they were on the surfaces rather than in nooks and crannies (and we were on a high floor). Lift very slow and you... More

Didn't spend long here and just 1 night. It's very basic but was clean and functional. Decent location to walk to restaurants in back packing area. Has a bar/ restaurant but didn't try it and it was closed early. Safe and air con in room but beds weren't that comfortable.

Not only because of the room upgrade (which was very nice), but this hotel is a good spot to stay in Saigon without over spending the budget. I struggle to understand why people might pay twice or more of the cost, when you don't want to spend much time in the hotel. Best spend your time out and about exploring... More
