Stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms were very clean and staff were very helpful. Good location in district 1, fantastic bars only a minute away ( good restaurants called five oysters only a minute walk away) Interesting setting with a local market outside in the mornings. We booked two tours through the hotel too ( chu chi tunnels and mekong...

Room with windows and AC, Fair price, service and reception also good. Good location, quiet and safe. I love the little alley with the morning market. People saying the hotel is not safe and dirty as i could read. These people are ridiculous and obviously living in a bubble and definitely not use to travel!!! (This is not a 5...

Very clean rooms. No lift we were on the 4th floor. The guy at reception helped us with our luggage. The hotel is situated down a very quiet laneway by night which turns into a bussling local market in the morning...amazing. Everyone selling there wares food cloths and pottery. Great location to bars and resturants. Great hotel for good price...

With friendly staff, a location close to the very tourist friendly Bui Vien and Pham Ngu Lao, and slightly hidden down an alley way, this hotel was a delight. Bonus was a basic free breakfast with a few options.

Stayed 1 night. For the money paid the value is quite good. Positives: Clean nicely presented hotel. Wifi was very good with router? in room affording very strong signal and faster download speeds than I have at home in Sydney. Spacious room with a small annex area that had a desk and fridge. Bathroom was OK - if you are...

Cat Huy was a really interesting blend of value for money, good location and basic facilities. It doesn't claim to be anything fancy, I think it's a 2 star hotel, but the place is clean and the staff are friendly. It's located on a quiet back street that is really quite confronting when you first arrive as it's a dark...

The location is great - quiet at night, a little aside from the noisy Pham Ngu Lao street, but still close to everything. The staff is very helpfull and speaks good English. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious. We really didn't like the air-con there. It's noisy and its hum from all the rooms resonates through the walls, so it's...

The room has: AC, TV, bathroom, fridge and good wifi, comfortable bed. you can book airport transfer for 15 usd, so they pick you up at the airport. breakfast: ham & cheese omelet with hot baguette & butter, coffee or tea, fruit. Decent hotel close to the backpacker ghetto, but on a quiet street/alley. Room was basic and fine, the staff were friendly although the service was let enthusiastic compared to other places we stayed, the breakfast was limited but ok. The best part is the good value for central HCMC.
