Besides small beds and being a little expensive (but still cheaper than anywhere else in Ho Chi Minh), Hotel Anh Phuong was a wonderful stay. We arrived at the bus station and began looking for a place to stay. We hadn't made it far when the friendly owners pulled us in. After a short barter, a LONG walk upstairs and... More

The best hotel I've known (for budget travel). The room is super clean, organised, and big. The service is great. The bathroom is clean. If you need anything, there's a mini-mart next to the hotel, and many other things you need are merely a few steps away. Really Great Surrounding. The one & only problem is the stair. As you... Location wise for the said hotel is ok,its along the street pham ngu lao and just beside the local store and travel agency. We checked in to this hotel last 19 Dec.2015 we clearly requested for a single room just to store our luggage since we will be catching the last flight that day and we still have a couple... More

Location Location Location! Situated in the center to all things needed in Ho Chi Minh City! Rooms are clean and spacious, not overly modern and cozy, but still clean and comfortable! Street noise is not overly overwhelming but there are some. Prices are great if you're not looking to spend tons of money for a place to sleep. Has Internet... More

This place is excellent. We'd been walking around for ages with huge bags trying to find a budget hotel that wasn't full, and finally walked in to this one. The owner said she had no budget rooms left, so she gave us a $40 room (enormous room with 2 double beds, huge windows, big bathroom, air con, fan, fridge, and... More

I usually can't be bothered to write reviews, but for this hotel I'm willing to spend some effort. First of all, the staff are very friendly, and although only one of them can speak decent English, the rest would still help you to the best of their abilities. I stayed on the highest so it meant climbing up 5 storeys,... More

this is a great place to stay. rooms are clean, staff are lovely, price is excellent and its bang in the middle of the backpacker area of saigon. there isn't an elevator but that's only a minor issue don't let that put you off, its well worth it.

This hotel is located opposit the bus station in District 1. Outside it doesnt look like much, but it is cleaner and cheaper than all the budget hotels in the area. You can have a clear view over the central park, and the rooms are quite spacious. As a group of 4 (2 couples) we looked at over 16 budget... More

Bedding was worn and old. No elevator, had to walk up 2 flights of narrow stairs with luggage and bags. Lobby and stairway was dimly lit. Room had fluorescent lighting. Room had a window but it had no view, only of the next building. Windows however were double paned and kept the noise out. Ants in the bathroom. We were... More

Very friendy Staff. We got a nice room. Free Wifi and also a Computer in the lobby free to use. Don't let you fool by the entrance. The Prices for the room go down, as higher up you stay. Thats because there's no Elevator in the Hotel. Even so the Hotel is right on the mainroad, its not noisy at... More
